Practical Study Of Case Work In Promoting The Improvement Of Family Relations Among Community Rehabilitation Addicts

The issue of family relations among drug users has long been much attention.It is easy and difficult to get drugs.Among the many reasons leading to the failure of drug addiction,the influence of bad family relations on drug addiction cannot be ignored.The survey found that poor family relationships can affect the effectiveness of community rehabilitation,and to a large extent,affect the complete withdrawal of drug addicts.Drug users who need to improve and improve their family relationship are influenced by the failed relationship between husband and wife,life experience and estranged parent-child relationship experience,and drug addicts with good family relationships have a better relapse rate.Moreover,the absence of a certain level in the family system will also affect the overall survival and adjustment of the system.Since family is an important living environment for drug addicts,family relationship has a significant impact on the effect of community rehabilitation of drug addicts.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the family,improve the poor family relations of community rehabilitation personnel,and create a supportive and accepted family environment for community rehabilitation personnel.In this study,R family of Foshan Lianzhong Social Work Service Center was served.First of all,the semi-structured interview method and observation method were used to collect data to understand the problem and performance of the bad family relations of the client.Secondly,with the support of the family system theory,analyze the causes of the problem;use the label theory and the mirror theory and design service plan;provide professional service for R family and its members,create the family environment for the poor family structure by improving the estranged relationship of the client,so as to keep integrity and return to society and family smoothly.Finally,the results of the whole service process are: the intervention process is effective,the relationship of the case is more intimate than before the service,the parent-child relationship is improved,the overall family atmosphere is more harmonious;the individual status of the client has improved,and the client has maintained the drug rehabilitation integrity for nearly one year.Therefore,using other methods of social work to improve the family relationship of community rehabilitation personnel.At the same time,with the help of one of the three methods of social work,case work intervention in community rehabilitation work,explore the effectiveness of case work in improving the family relationship of community rehabilitation personnel,enrich the practical experience of community drug rehabilitation and community rehabilitation,and provide reference for case work intervention in drug control work.
