A Case Work Interventional Study On The Improvement Of Negative Mood In Stroke Patients During Community Rehabilitation

About 17 million people worldwide suffer strokes each year,nearly 6million of them die,and another 5 million are permanently disabled.With the vigorous exploration of social governance,under the multiple main body of community rehabilitation work,this special group in the face of stroke patients,social workers should demonstrate professional standards,at the same time,influence the social work in patients with stroke in community rehabilitation work is worthy of our thinking.In this study,the effect of social work intervention on negative emotions of stroke patients was analyzed through case intervention,and the experience and reference were provided for the community rehabilitation of stroke patients from the aspects of systematic evaluation evidence,social work methods and social environment,etc.By discussing when community rehabilitation of stroke patients after produce the negative emotional problems such as anxiety,depression,social workers how to use professional knowledge and technology,based on the client's own situation,help the client to reverse the unreasonable cognition,in a more positive attitude in the face of a traumatic event,self identity and self-efficacy,better response to negative emotions.In this paper,the research status of community rehabilitation of stroke patients was analyzed according to the existing relevant literature,and the effects of community rehabilitation on stroke patients were studied by systematic evaluation and Meta analysis methods,poststroke patients in a community rehabilitation period in L City were selected as the research object,through interviews to stroke patients in community rehabilitation during the negative emotional problems,facing the use of cognitive behavior therapy,methods of psychological counseling,the family talks,to select the most representative cases,to assist the client to establish the correct way to face disease,strengthen the positive emotion experience and rational thinking mode,to improve client for stroke caused by negative emotions,social interaction,etc.Results show that under the social work intervention in community rehabilitation of stroke patients can help client to ease emotional problems,enhance social contacts,enhance self-identity,at the same time,social support network repair can prolong the longevity of individual intervention,thus promote the further development of community rehabilitation services.
