Research On The Digital Integration Mechanism Of Rural Social Differentiation In The Digital Era

As a significant social change,digital transformation has been attached great importance to the national level,as an important means to realize the national modernization.Rural digital construction is also one of the important strategic directions to realize rural revitalization.In this context,the question discussed in this study is what kind of transformation picture the rural social order presents under the digital background,what kind of new social order integration mechanism is,and what kind of impact this digital integration mechanism brings to the rural society.Based on the flow space theory and social integration theory,the paper describes the specific picture of rural social change under the background of digitalization from the perspectives of individual social relationship connection,life style change,production mode change and organizational relationship change.In the discussion and analysis of the concept of social integration mechanism,this research divides the social integration mechanism into institutional integration mechanism,functional integration mechanism and consensus production mechanism in detail according to its connotation.Taking these three integration mechanisms as the framework of discussion,the research believes that institutional integration mechanism in rural areas under the background of digitalization is manifested as a new power operation mechanism.Specifically,This power operation mechanism is firstly manifested as the constraint mechanism of external and internal public opinion,and the public becomes the supervisor of rural social operation.Secondly,this power operation mechanism is manifested as the top-down power implementation mechanism,which is realized by means of digital monitoring equipment.Functional integration mechanism takes the relationship between urban and rural areas as the object of discussion,thus pointing out that digital reform will further deepen the division of labor and cooperation between rural and urban areas,and better embed rural areas into the pattern of urban-rural relations.Consensus production mechanism discusses the new means of village consensus generation from the perspective of network social interaction,and network community becomes an important medium.At the end of the study,this study further discusses the consequences of this new digital integration mechanism.In terms of positive results,it broadens village boundaries and changes the previously unitary urban-rural relationship;In terms of the negative effect,digitization has the potential to accelerate the risk of rural cultural imbalance.On the other hand,the development of digitization in rural areas also has the inequality of class and age,and the digital divide has not completely disappeared with the popularity of hardware equipment.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward relevant measures to promote the construction of talent system,organization system and hardware system in rural digital construction.According to the research,under the background of digitalization,the political integration mechanism of rural areas returns,but with new representations and connotations,which is completely different from the political integration in the period of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and technology is its important feature.At the same time,a new consensus-building mechanism also emerged,but it should be pointed out that this new consensus-building mechanism is a double-edged sword,which is both an opportunity and a challenge.On the one hand,this consensus-building mechanism can help to promote the settlement of village public issues under appropriate circumstances.On the other hand,without correct guidance,such consensus building mechanism of platform participation is likely to weaken the collective identity of villages,and further deconstruct the existing village social order.Therefore,its potential social consequences need to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
