| Ideological and political education is the main battlefield for colleges and universities to train socialist builders in the new era.Curriculum ideological and political ideas are integrated into all disciplines to solve the "isolated island" situation of traditional ideological and political education to the greatest extent.The integration of curriculum ideological and political elements in public sports basketball class conforms to the trend of new education concept,which not only complements with the guiding ideology of "health first" in physical education teaching,but also reflects the moral education goal of "taking sports people".It makes the curriculum of physical education professional and curriculum ideological and political parallel,and implements the strategic measures of the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and educating people" in physical education class.At present,while ideological and political construction of all kinds of professional courses in Chinese colleges and universities is in full swing,the result of course ideological and political construction as a new educational idea remains to be considered.Compared with other disciplines,due to the particularity of physical education curriculum(mainly physical activities and outdoor environment and other factors),the ideological and political construction of physical education curriculum started late,and the task of construction and development is arduous.Through the literature review of the ideological and political construction of physical education curriculum,the existing research focuses on the connotation,construction path,innovative teaching mode and other fields of ideological and political construction of physical education curriculum,and has not formed a complete system of theory-construction-practice-evaluation.In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for the Construction of Ideological and Political Construction in Colleges and Universities,emphasizing that "a multi-dimensional performance assessment and evaluation system and supervision and inspection mechanism for the construction of ideological and political construction in the curriculum should be established and improved,and carefully implemented in various assessment and evaluation work and in deepening the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities".Therefore,taking the public sports basketball course as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study of the existing curriculum ideological and political evaluation system,draws on the research results of other disciplines,and explores the construction of the effect evaluation system after the public sports basketball course is integrated into the curriculum ideological and political thinking,which can not only improve the system of ideological and political construction of sports courses,but also lead the innovation and perfection of public sports basic course teaching.It is also conducive to promoting the physical education curriculum to carry out the fundamental task of "moral cultivation".This study takes the evaluation index system of the effect of ideological and political integration into the basketball course of public sports in undergraduate colleges as the research object.Based on the relevant theoretical basis and construction principles,it mainly uses the research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to screen,construct and verify the evaluation index system.The results show that:1.The questionnaire survey is used to investigate the current situation of ideological and political implementation in public sports basketball courses of undergraduate colleges in Gansu Province,so as to understand the shortcomings of ideological and political construction in public sports courses of undergraduate colleges in Gansu Province and lay a foundation for subsequent research.The existing problems are as follows: the school does not make enough efforts in the ideological and political construction of professional courses;PE teachers’ ideological and political teaching ability needs to be improved and their ideological and political education consciousness needs to be gradually enhanced.The lack of students’ cognition of curriculum ideology and politics leads to the obstruction of professional curriculum ideology and politics;Physical education curriculum ideological and political construction system is not perfect,lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism.2.Two rounds of Delphi method showed that the reliability and validity test of expert correspondence questionnaire met the requirements;The expert authority coefficient was 0.902,greater than 0.7,and the mean importance met the standard requirements.The coefficient of variation V was between 0.00-0.25,the Kendall harmony coefficient was greater than 0.25,and the expert coordination coefficient was significantly different(P < 0.05).By comparing the relevant provisions of Delphi method,the screening indexes are all in line with the standards,and the overall indexes are scientific and reliable.Finally,after two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaire,seven first-level indicators of A1 teachers’ ideological and political design ability for basketball lessons were preliminarily determined A2 teachers’ ideological and political implementation ability in basketball course,A3 teachers’ ideological and political evaluation and reflection ability in basketball course,A4teachers’ ability to develop their own ideological and political accomplishment in basketball course,A5 students’ political and cultural education in basketball course,A6students’ moral and legal education in basketball course,A7 students’ ideological and belief education in basketball course,Among them,there are 20 secondary indexes and76 tertiary indexes.3.Use analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to draw the hierarchical structure model of the index system and construct the judgment matrix.First,determine the weight of the first level index(A-0.181,A2-0.197,A3-0.170,A4-0.132,A5-0.123,A6-0.107,A7-0.090).If the consistency ratio is 0.043<0.1,it indicates that the consistency test passes.Secondly,the unweighted weight values of each second-level index are calculated to obtain the judgment matrix feature vector W of each second-level index,and the consistency test is carried out.Finally,through the calculation of the judgment matrix of indicators at all levels,the weight value of first-level indicators and the unweighted weight values of 20 second-level indicators and 76 third-level indicators(i.e.,the eigenvector value)are obtained,and the unweighted second-level and third-level indicators are normalized.Finally,the overall hierarchical ranking is carried out according to the synthesized weight value of the second-level and third-level indicators.Finally,the evaluation index system of ideological and political integration in public sports basketball courses of undergraduate colleges is constructed.4.Through the empirical research,the rationality,scientificity and operability of the evaluation index system for the effect of ideological and political integration in the basketball course of public sports in undergraduate universities are verified.The evaluation scale of this system is distributed to randomly selected physical education teachers who have public sports basketball teaching tasks in the 2022-2023 school year.Finally,the ideological and political teaching situation of the public sports basketball course taught by the teacher in this semester is obtained through the method of calculating the integration effect evaluation level defined in this paper.The specific reasons for the poor integration effect can be analyzed according to the dimension scores of each level index.Through the research,it is found that the evaluation index system of the effect of ideological and political integration in public sports basketball courses in undergraduate colleges is scientific and operable,which can truly evaluate the effect of ideological and political integration in public sports courses.It should be actively promoted and applied into practice.It is hoped that through the evaluation index system constructed in this paper,It can improve the effect of ideological and political integration in the teaching of public sports basketball class,and carry out the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and educating people". |
