| Sport Public Service refers to all the sports products and services provided to society as a whole in order to meet the sports needs of the public. The first half of the article on the basis of inspection of the public service of the relevant sports, taking into account the objective reality of the sports building, to the theory of value, public service theory, sustainable development theory and systems theory, related to the concept of public service system for sports are described, and pointed out the necessity of building a public sports service system and its building elements.The second half of this article, mainly through the literature and expert investigation method to obtain the relevant theoretical knowledge and advice, to follow the principles established by some index system, and learn from literature studies of related sports public service on the basis of these theories and knowledge and their ideas combine to form the first draft of the index system. After the formation of the first draft of the expert survey, consultation with the relevant experts, further amendments to the index system based on opinion, perfect. Built and analyzed by two expert survey, the index system of the sports public service, the system contains a four-level indicators,11two indicators and28three indicators; and then using the analytic hierarchy process to determine all levels of indicators weight.I hope this study to cause more people to participate in the construction of the sports public service, team work, sports and services of the broad masses of the people, to build the benefit of the public’s sports. |
