| the strategic goal of the outline of building a strong sports country in 2019 points out that "we should vigorously develop the three major ball projects,the comprehensive strength of sports and the people's health literacy should reach the world's leading level,and sports is an important symbol of the realization of sports power and national rejuvenation." as one of the three major ball projects,small basketball events at all levels should be vigorously promoted,and small basketball will become our future The cradle of excellent basketball talents in our country;at present,the development of small basketball in our country is in the initial stage,the content of small basketball course is confused,and the path of educating people is not clear;under this background,this paper is drawn out,in order to provide theoretical reference for the content of small basketball course,and achieve the purpose of guiding the development of small basketball course.This paper mainly uses the methods of documentary,expert interview,Delphi,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and analytic hierarchy process.Based on the theory of the five major learning areas,and taking the evaluation system of the content index of small basketball(6-12-year-old)as the research object,this paper makes sure the specific content of each level of index,calculates the weight of each index and carries out the consistency test.The results show that:1)There are five first level indexes,19 second level indexes and 52 third level indexes in the course of basketball(6-12 years old).The importance of physical health accounts for 29%,the importance of mental health accounts for 30%,the importance of social adaptation accounts for 12%,the importance of sports skills accounts for18%,and the importance of sports participation accounts for 12%.2)In the field of basketball,the proportion of each technology is about 20%,the importance of basketball games is 72%;the proportion of scene games and small basketball competitions is relatively large,3.2% and 2.2% respectively.3)Mental health and physical health are very important for small basketball players.Sports participation and sports skills are the necessary way to achieve mental health and physical health.4)The all-round development of technology is the basic requirement for small basketball players.Through the all-round development of basic technology to achieve the purpose of improving sports skills.5)Basketball games have a great influence on the participation of small basketball players.Scene games and small basketball competitions are the mainaspects that affect the interest of small basketball players.Recommendation:1)In order to change the situation of technical education in basketball teaching,we should pay more attention to the improvement of sports interest;we should follow the path of improving sports participation(increasing interest)-technical mastery-skill improvement-ultimately promoting children's physical and mental health.2)Technical teaching is the main content in the process of basketball teaching.In the process of technical teaching,we should promote the overall development of basic technology,improve the level of superior technology and reduce the short board technology.3)In the competition,we should improve the level of sports skills and promote the development of physical health,mental health and social adaptation.4)Strengthen the function and function of basketball course,and achieve the goal of education through the above path.5)According to the physical and mental characteristics of small basketball players to carry out stage teaching,the course content should be comprehensive and diverse,and the technology is mostly presented in the form of games. |
