Research objectives: Modern football is known as the number one sport in the world.It has a long history and great influence in the world.It is widely loved by people all over the world and has a broad base of people.It has always been concerned and loved by people.It is also called "the perfect combination of speed and power".In recent years,under the background that the overall development of Chinese football is relatively slow,China has regarded the reform of football teaching as a measure of sports power.With the high speed development of college football,college football teaching has become an important elective part of college students,but also an important part of campus football.At present,in many college football courses,the most used is still many more traditional teaching methods.Although this traditional teaching method is conducive to students’ overall grasp of the learning content,it is extremely unfavorable to the mutual communication and cooperation between students.In order to make college football courses can better highlight students’ dominant position,so as to make students interested in football learning and better understand and master football technology.This study applies the heterogeneous grouping teaching method to the general football course teaching of Shandong Institute of physical Education.Through the analysis of the whole teaching experiment process and results,it explores the similarities and differences between the heterogeneous grouping teaching method and the traditional grouping teaching method,so as to improve the teaching effect and cultivate students’ skill level,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the football teaching effect.By comparing with the traditional group teaching method,whether the heterogeneous group teaching method has positive influence,whether it is better than the traditional group teaching method,whether it is more conducive to improving students’ physical quality,basic football skills and students’ interest in sports situation in football class,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the football teaching effect.Research methods: By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper applied heterogeneous group teaching to the teaching of college football general course for experimental research and analysis.A total of 50 students from 2020 social sports guidance and management major of Shandong University of physical Education were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The two groups conducted experiments under the same training conditions and in the same environment,and conducted independent sample T test and paired sample T test for multiple index test data,and recorded the obtained data for statistics and analysis.Research results:(1)In the pretest,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in physical fitness test and sports scene interest test of football class(p > 0.05),which satisfied the smooth development of experimental teaching.(2)In the physical fitness test,after the experiment,compared with the control class,the experimental class has a significant difference in 30 meters sprint,1000 meters(male)p < 0.01,and the standing long jump p < 0.05;The comparison class showed significant difference in standing long jump and 1000m(male)(p < 0.01).(3)In the test of football skill level,after the experiment,the experimental group and the control class showed very significant differences(p < 0.01).(4)In terms of situational interest in football class,there were significant differences in novelty,attention,pleasure,challenge,exploration and general interest after the experiment(p < 0.01);The control class showed significant differences in novelty,attention,pleasure,challenge and general interest(p <0.01).Research conclusion:(1)Compared with traditional group teaching,heterogeneous group teaching method can significantly improve students’ physical fitness,but the significance of heterogeneous group teaching method is higher than that of traditional group teaching method.(2)Compared with traditional group teaching,both heterogeneous group teaching method and traditional group teaching method can significantly improve students’ basic football skill level,but the significance of heterogeneous group teaching method is higher than that of traditional group teaching method.(3)Compared with traditional grouping teaching method,the significance of heterogeneous grouping teaching method is higher than that of traditional grouping teaching method in situational interest of football sports. |
