Research Objective: This study uses the dynamic hierarchical group teaching method in the general education course of football in sports colleges to conduct teaching experimental research,to verify whether this teaching method is applicable to the general football course of sports college,whether it can improve students’ physical fitness,football skills,learning interest,unity and cooperation awareness,and achieve good teaching results,hoping to provide reference value for football general education courses in various colleges.Research Methods: This study took the application effect of dynamic hierarchical grouping teaching method in the general football course of the sports institute as the research object,and used the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method to carry out a teaching experiment with a total of 44 students in two classes of social sports guidance of 22 levels of Shandong Institute of Physical Education as the experimental object,and carried out a teaching experiment with a total of 32 lesson hours for 16 weeks.The results showed that:(1)In terms of physical fitness,the dynamic hierarchical group teaching method and traditional teaching method were used to teach football general education courses,and the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment did not significantly improve the physical fitness indicators of changing direction,1000 meters,squatting against the wall and sitting forward bending,and slightly improved the mean,and the dynamic hierarchical group teaching method and traditional teaching method did not have a significant effect on the improvement of students’ physical fitness.(2)In terms of football technology,the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment had a significant improvement in the three indicators of football upside down,25-meter kick accuracy,dribbling around the rod and shooting from the penalty spot,and the experimental group was better than the control group in terms of mean,and the dynamic hierarchical group teaching method had a significant effect on the improvement of students’ football skills compared with the traditional teaching method.(3)In terms of interest in football learning,the results of the experimental group before and after the experiment were significantly improved,and the performance of the control composition was slightly improved in the mean,but there was no significant improvement,and the dynamic hierarchical group teaching method had a better effect on improving students’ interest in football learning than the traditional teaching method.(4)In terms of the sense of unity and cooperation of the two groups,the results of the experimental group before and after the experiment were significantly improved,while the control group did not significantly increase,and there was a slight increase in the mean,and the dynamic hierarchical group teaching method was significantly better than the traditional teaching method in improving the students’ awareness of unity and cooperation.(5)In terms of the recognition of teaching methods,there was a significant difference between the results of the experimental group and the control group after the experiment,and the mean value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,which was more recognized by students than the traditional teaching method.The study conclusions:(1)The general football course pays more attention to the progress of students’ football skills,and ignores the special training in physical fitness,so that the experimental class and the control class after the experiment do not significantly improve their physical fitness,but daily football practice will also indirectly help maintain students’ physical fitness will not decline.(2)The dynamic hierarchical grouping teaching method adopts the form of dynamic stratification and group cooperation to implement teaching,according to the different levels of students set different teaching goals and requirements,the teaching methods are also in line with the development stage of students’ football skills,so that the football skills performance of the experimental class after the experiment is significantly higher than that of the control class,indicating that the dynamic hierarchical grouping teaching method is more suitable for the teaching of football general education than the traditional teaching method.(3)The dynamic hierarchical grouping teaching method pays more attention to the process of students’ "learning",the "teaching" between students and students,and the "learning" between students and students,so that each student actively participates in the classroom,the boring sense of class is reduced,and the continuous change between levels not only promotes the improvement of skills,but also stimulates students’ interest in learning.(4)The dynamic hierarchical group teaching method is based on group cooperation,and the group guides each other,so that the members of the group have more trust and cooperation more tacitly,which promotes team cohesion.(5)The dynamic hierarchical group teaching method promotes the development of students’ football skills,intensifies students’ enthusiasm for learning football,and helps students enhance team cohesion,so that students recognize the dynamic hierarchical group teaching method more than traditional teaching.
