| With the deepening of the reform of higher physical education and the promotion of quality-oriented education, the reform of physical education in colleges and universities is urgently needed in China.Guided by the idea of "Health first" and students' lifelong physical education, the concept of education is also changing. The traditional view of education has changed from teacher-centered to student-centered,teacher-led trend, advocating the development of students' subjectivity, and paying attention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality. Therefore, physical education is faced with great difficulties and challenges, and the conventional teaching organization form has been slightly inadequate under the current physical education reform environment. In order to explore a new way of PE teaching reform, many experts and scholars as well as grass-roots sports workers are actively trying new sports teaching practices under the diversification of physical education teaching objectives. At present, group teaching is one of the teaching activities that sports workers are keen to try. This paper makes a theoretical analysis and experimental study on the application of heterogeneous groups in grouping teaching in aerobics optional courses in colleges and universities.Heterogeneous group teaching is based on making full use of students' individual differences, aiming at developing students' individuality, adapting to individual needs as the principle, serving society as the end-result,and taking group mutual assistance as the basic teaching form.Teachers should give consideration to the requirements of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and collective teaching, and fully reflect the advantages of group teaching and individual teaching, thus forming its own unique teaching form, cultivating students' modern consciousness of cooperation, communication, competition etc.,and forming a healthy psychology, good emotional attitude and social adaptability.By using the methods of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper takes the students of aerobics class 2017 of Northwestern normal University as experimental objects and carries out 36 hours of teaching experiments for one semester. In the teaching of aerobics optional course, heterogeneous group teaching and conventional teaching are compared and analyzed. It is found that the experimental class is better than the conventional class in such aspects as movement skill, action coordination, creation ability and team cooperation, and there are significant differences between the two classes. But in the understanding of aerobics common sense, the cognition of aerobics, the situation of practicing aerobics after class, and in the ways of students helping, communicating, and learning from each other, although there is no significant difference, the results of the experimental class are significantly better than those of the regular class. After a semester of teaching experiments and analysis of students' scores, the author believes that heterogeneous group teaching can meet the requirements of aerobics universal course in colleges and universities and hopes to provide reference for aerobics workers and useful reference for other sports teaching at the same time. After the study, the following conclusions are drawn:1.Heterogeneous group teaching improves the enthusiasm and autonomy of students,so that they can actively think and explore in the process of learning and practice. The cooperation and interaction of students among groups,It is very helpful to improve the students' aerobics movement skills, movement cooperation and creative consciousness, and are helpful to stimulate students' motivation and passion of learning aerobics.2.Heterogeneous group teaching fully reflects the principle of teaching according to students' character,so that students are more interested in learning aerobics, which is beneficial to improve students' health level, promote students to achieve the goal of sports participation, develop and promote quality education in a comprehensive way.3.By group students at different levels,Heterogeneous group teaching can fully mobilize students to participate in learning in the class, achieve set goals at different levels, effectively promote the self-confidence and improve the learning efficiency of students.4.Heterogeneous group teaching helps to promote students' emotional communic ation, improve classroom harmony, students' sense of achievement and pleasure, and enhance students' sense of teamwork, thus laying a foundation for the cultivation of student's social adaptability and promoting the development of students' emotional objectives.Based on the above research conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward:1.Heterogeneous group teaching method is suitable for collective teaching with a lot of students and a large difference in students' level.Teachers should combine modern educational concepts in the teaching process, learn from a variety of teaching methods and learning methods, and summarize experience in practice, thus broadening the application scope of heterogeneous group teaching.2.In the process of using heterogeneous group teaching, applying different evaluation criteria to measure the improvement of students is advisable, especially the evaluation for learning interest and learning attitude. The evaluation criteria of the pupils' final examination results cannot just reference hard index,it can Substitute grade evaluation for score system, such as using the form of "excellent, good, medium and poor".3.The practice of heterogeneous group teaching puts forward higher requirements for teachers: teachers should be good at capturing the feedback information in the course of students' learning and effectively controll the whole classroom according to the teaching content and the actual situation of students' learning.4.Heterogeneous group teaching is an effective and feasible teaching organization form, but there are still many links that need to be improved in the course of teaching experiment implementation, such as slow teaching progress and occasional distraction of group members. So far,it is hoped that this paper will provide the entry point of research for educators and provide reference for the in-depth research of educators in the future. |
