| Large sports venues are an important carrier for the development of China’s sports industry.With the development of the social economy and the increasing diversified needs of the people,new challenges have been posed to the services provided by large sports venues.With the combination and application of emerging technologies in large sports venues,smart services in venues have emerged.The intelligent transformation and upgrading of service content in large-scale sports venues is an inevitable trend for future development.Through on-the-spot research and distribution of questionnaires,this paper studies and understands the development status of intelligent upgrading of service content in large-scale sports venues in Guangdong Province.From the perspective of four dimensions of service innovation,from the perspective of mass demand,user experience,infrastructure(technology),and venue management Carry out research in four aspects of marketing,use the entropy method to analyze the data of mass user needs to obtain weights,use the IPA quadrant method to analyze the intelligent supply and demand of large-scale sports venues in Guangdong Province,and put forward the wisdom of service content of large-scale sports venues in Guangdong Province upgrade path.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Insufficient intelligent supply of service content for large sports venues in Guangdong Province.Mass users have diversified needs in participating in fitness and leisure,monitoring physical fitness,watching sports and performing arts,participating in various trainings(including sports,art,education and training),participating in exhibitions or conferences,and supporting services.The large sports venues in Guangdong Province provide fewer smart service products,which fail to better meet the diversified needs of the masses for sports venues.(2)The intelligent upgrade of the service content of large-scale sports venues in Guangdong Province should be guided by user needs.According to the actual research to understand the user’s demand orientation,innovate and transform venue services,better carry out intelligent upgrades and transformations,and avoid resource waste.(3)Large-scale sports venues in Guangdong Province need to improve their venue management capabilities and develop marketing channels.In terms of intelligent service content,large-scale sports venues in Guangdong Province generally have venue management personnel with low professional ability and venue marketing channels are more traditional and single.(4)In order to develop intelligent service content of large-scale sports venues in Guangdong Province,it is necessary to integrate venue operation,management,and service based on technological innovation.It is necessary to keep pace with the times to optimize the content of venue service supply,create efficient and intelligent service products,and combine the needs of venue operation and management to provide personalized,intelligent,innovative,and efficient diversified services based on people. |
