Research On Library Intelligent Service Toward Innovation Of Universities Scientific Research

Scientific research innovation of universities plays an important role in the national innovation system.However,with the rapid development of the Internet,great changes have taken place in scientific research innovation in universities,such as innovation process,research problems,personnel knowledge structure,etc,which become more timely,complex and dynamic than before.In the process of university research and innovation,researchers rely on their own knowledge acquisition and innovation efforts,which are far from enough.How to obtain the knowledge needed for scientific research innovation from the library efficiently,and how to obtain the service support of scientific research innovation from the library conveniently has become an important means and effective way for the researchers.At present,intelligent service situation is becoming a new direction and trend.For the knowledge demand of innovation of scientific research,although some famous university libraries have tried to carry out research on intelligent service for scientific research innovation,there are many problems in the process of the intelligent service,such as slow progress of service,loose cooperation in scientific research,poor service effect and so on.So,what is the service process of library intelligent service for university scientific research innovation,and what drives the orderly promotion of the service?What are the key influencing factors of the service,and how do these influencing factors interact and influence each other? Can the service be simula ted effectively?These problems need further theoretical and practical research.This paper focuses on the theoretical research of library intelligent service,which has important theoretical value and practical guiding significance for improving the theory of library knowledge service,improving the effect of library intelligent service,and promoting innovation of universities scientific research.First of all,using the analysis method of multi case study,this paper constructs the mechanism model of intelligent service process of library intelligent service toward innovation of universities scientific research.From the aspects of human intelligence support,intelligent service technology support and knowledge interaction,this paper reveals the action mechanism of various elements of library intelligent service.The research found: The process of library intelligent service can be divided into four stages.The process of each stage has its core service demand,service behavior and service content.Among them,human intelligence support,intelligent service technology support,knowledge interaction and other aspects have close internal correlation and regularity,and they are related and interact with each other to promote the orderly progress of the service.Secondly,using the research method of grounded theory,this paper constructs the key influencing factor model of library intelligent service toward innovation of universities scientific research,and reveals the key factor composition and function path of the library intelligent service.The research found: this paper obtains 27 concept categories and forms 7 main categories.These main categories are:knowledge service resources,scientific research service participation,intelligent service perception,scientific research service demand,service application motivation,intelligent technology experience,scientific research innovation achievements,etc.Among them,intelligent service perception(including service timeliness,academic authority,knowledge relevance,quality satisfaction)and intelligent technology experience(including big data management,cross media computing,virtualization bionics,autonomous application)are new variables.The identification of the key influencing factors in the model lays a theoretical foundation for the following empirical analysis.Thirdly,uses the research method of structural equation,and based on the key influencing factors identified above,this paper constructs the relevant research hypotheses and structural equation model to verify and reveal the influence of key factors on the effect of service research.The research found : knowledge service resources,scientific research service participation,intelligent service perception,scientific research service demand,service application motivation,intelligent technology experience have a significant positive impact on the effect of scientific research innovation achievements,while service application motivation and intelligent technology experience are important intermediary variables.The empirical analysis of the model provides reliable empirical evidence for identifying the relationship between the key influencing factors.Finally,using the simulation method of system dynamics,this paper constructs a system dynamics model of library intelligent service process for university scientific research innovation,and describes and reveals the internal dynamic structure,operation trend and feedback loop of the service system.The research found: The service system has its unique system structure,system characteristics,modeling purpose,model boundary and causal feedback loop.At the beginning of the service,the service subject is located in a higher knowledge potential.Through the use of intelligent service technology support(intelligent service perception,intelligent technology experience),the orderly transfer from librarians to researchers is realized,and the service research effect is improved.Among them,the knowledge stock of service subject,the knowledge stock of scientific researchers and the technical support of intelligent service are the key variables of the system operation.This paper puts forward and explores the library intelligent service for university scientific research innovation,which has important theoretical and practical research value.This paper constructs the mechanism model of library intelligent service process for university scientific research innovation,enriches and develops the related theories of knowledge service.This pape r constructs a model of key influencing factors of library intelligent service for university scientific research innovation,identifies,reveals and verifies the influence of key influencing factors on the service research effect.And this paper construct s a dynamic model of library intelligent service system for method for the reality simulation of library service,and provides an important practical reference for the development of library intelligent service.
