Research On The Training Course For Jump Rope Instructors In Guangdong Province

Jump rope sport in Guangdong Province is developing more rapidly,it is not only one of the sports examination items in Guangzhou,in 2022 was also included in China’s "National Student Physical Fitness Standards" project.The establishment of the Guangdong Jump Rope Promotion Committee in 2017 set off a boom in jump rope events for primary and secondary school students in Guangdong Province,and the demand for jump rope coaches in primary and secondary schools and sports clubs has increased,with a relative shortage of jump rope coaches.Jump rope coaches play an important role in promoting the development of jump rope sport.To promote the healthy development of jump rope sport and grow the number of jump rope reserve talents,it is necessary to cultivate a large number of high level jump rope coaches.Therefore,this paper takes the training course for jump rope coaches in Guangdong Province from 2021 to 2022 as the research object,uses literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical and statistical method,fieldwork method and logical analysis method,combines the internship experience of participating in the training of jump rope coaches in Guangdong Province,analyzes the current situation of the training course,finds the problems in the training course,understands the actual needs of the jump rope coaches in Guangdong Province,explores the optimization plan of the training course for jump rope coaches in Guangdong Province,improves the overall level of the jump rope coaches in Guangdong Province,and promotes the sustainable development of the jump rope program in Guangdong Province.The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)The current Guangdong Province jump rope instructor training course is more mature,the annual number of jump rope instructor training is more,but the training course still has places that need to be improved,in the course objectives,course content,course implementation and feedback evaluation system settings need to be strengthened and improved.(2)Guangdong Province jump rope instructor training course in terms of objectives,the overall objectives of the course can achieve the purpose of improving the level of the instructor team,but the medium-term objectives and lesson objectives are not detailed enough,the lesson objectives and medium-term objectives should be further improved in the course plan to strengthen the instructor’s understanding of the course objectives.(3)Guangdong Province jump rope instructor training course in terms of content can meet the basic needs of coaches,but the course content also exists integration,"one-size-fits-all" phenomenon,should be set according to the characteristics of the groups facing coaches targeted training course content.(4)Guangdong Province jump rope instructor training course in the implementation of the traditional teaching mode,training instructors can use a variety of teaching methods with the way to teach,so that the teaching content can be better understood by the instructor;in the assessment content to increase the proportion of teaching training practical practical examination,using a combination of online and offline way to assess.(5)Guangdong Province jump rope instructor training course in the evaluation system settings,coaches’ opinions and suggestions on the training course is difficult to feedback,should set up a feedback system for coaches and coaches library,establish a feedback channel for coaches’ opinions.
