| The physical health of teenagers has always been the focus of social attention.Although China’s social and economic development continues to be stable,people’s material and cultural living standards have been greatly improved,but the physical quality of young people’s development is still unsatisfactory,students are under great pressure to study,the reduction of sports time has become a common phenomenon in society.School physical education has an irreplaceable significance in the implementation of quality education.Physical education classroom teaching should focus on guiding students to feel the happiness brought by sports while doing physical exercise,and promote students to form the habit of physical exercise.Pattern rope skipping has distinct characteristics and high physical and mental exercise value,which is suitable for primary and secondary schools.Therefore,this thesis introduces the sport of pattern skipping into the physical education classroom teaching in primary schools to explore the effect of pattern skipping on the physical quality of pupils.It provides reasonable reference basis and suggestions for improving students’ physical quality and enriching physical education teaching content.This thesis adopts literature research method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,select 60 fifth grade students from Donggang No.3 Primary School in Zhongshan District of Dalian city as experimental subjects,divided into the experimental group using pattern skipping as the classroom content,the control group using conventional classroom teaching content.Through12 weeks of experimental intervention,the differences of physical fitness level of students before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed.Results:(1)The speed,strength,endurance and agility of the experimental group were significantly different before and after the experiment(P <0.001),but there was no significant difference in the flexibility of the students before and after the experiment(P >0.05).(2)Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in speed quality and endurance quality of the control group(P <0.05),but there were no significant differences in agility quality,strength quality and endurance quality of the students(P >0.05).(3)After the experiment,there were significant differences in speed quality,strength quality and endurance quality between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in sensitivity quality between the experimental group and the control group of boys(P <0.01),and that of girls(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in flexibility between the two groups(P >0.05).(4)Before and after the experiment,the scores of PE learning attitude,affection performance and cooperation spirit of the experimental group showed extremely significant differences(P < 0.001).Research Conclusions:(1)The use of pattern skipping in PE teaching and training of speed quality,strength quality,endurance quality and agility of students improve the effect of remarkable,reasonable addition of pattern skipping content on the basis of regular physical education,is conducive to the improvement of students’ physical quality.(2)The teaching and training of pattern jump rope in PE class has no obvious effect on the improvement of students’ flexibility quality,and has no obvious advantage compared with conventional PE teaching.(3)After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,the experimental group of students’ physical education learning attitude,affection performance and spirit of cooperation have been significantly improved,which can reflect the application value of variety jump rope in physical education classroom teaching. |
