| As one of the important contents of physical education and health courses in higher vocational colleges, aerobics plays an active role in guiding students’ physical and mental development and improving their aesthetic ability. At present, the traditional teaching of aerobics still emphasizes the leading role of teachers, and the essence of students’ learning has not changed. With the construction of a strong sports country and the growing development of school sports, the reform of physical education curriculum has become the trend of the times, which means that it is difficult to meet the needs of students’ actual development by copying the traditional teaching mode of physical education. The new era of education requires teachers to change their teaching thinking and comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of students to adapt to social development. The PAD class teaching mode takes the split of power and responsibility as the core concept, absorbs the essence of the teaching method and the discussion method, and combines the three links of teaching, internalization, and discussion inside and outside the class,so as to ensure the transmission of systematic knowledge while giving full play to the students’ subjectivity, and focusing on the cultivation of students’ autonomy, cooperation, and inquiry ability. This paper takes the application of PAD class teaching mode in aerobics teaching in higher vocational colleges as the research object, and uses scientific research methods such as literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, etc.to design a 16-week teaching experiment to explore the difference between PAD class teaching mode and conventional physical education teaching mode in aerobics teaching in higher vocational colleges. The main conclusions are as follows:1.At present, the overall situation of aerobics teaching in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province is general, mainly in the form of transmission and acceptance, demonstration and imitation, and students’ autonomous learning ability is low.In addition, teachers pay attention to the teaching of complete sets of combined actions in teaching, students lack the theoretical knowledge related to aerobics, and teaching methods are boring, which limits the improvement of teaching effect.2.After the experiment, the students in the experimental group had a significant difference in 1 minute sit-ups,while other physical quality indicators did not change significantly. It shows that students’ mastery of body control technology in aerobics can effectively promote the development of core strength.3.The PAD class teaching mode strengthens students’ understanding of the principles and technical characteristics of aerobics movement from the theoretical level, and ensures the efficiency of classroom discussion and after-class learning and practice, which is conducive to improving the accuracy and rhythm of movement, and promoting students’ mastery of aerobics movement skills.4.The teacher’s intensive speech and blank space provide the possibility for students to explore learning, and the creation of network resources and online teaching platform provides students with learning space, which can meet the needs of autonomy and ability, stimulate the endogenous incentive mechanism, and effectively improve students’ autonomous learning ability in sports.5.The teaching form of teachers’ intensive teaching, autonomous internalization and group interaction effectively avoids the boredom of the conventional teaching mode, and improves students’ satisfaction with the study of aerobics courses by creating a harmonious teacher-student relationship. |
