Aerobics curriculum is an important part of school physical education reform,with its unique "physical fitness,pleasant body and mind" nature,many colleges and universities are promoted in the form of public sports general education and elective courses,which are favored by teachers and students;Higher vocational colleges should adapt to the development of The Times,follow the reform of education,and reform the teaching of physical education.At present,the higher vocational and technical colleges in Guangzhou have not formed a relatively perfect content system of aerobics course.This article uses literature,interviews,questionnaires,observation,and statistics to summarize the aerobics curriculum construction system and its current status in 9higher vocational and technical colleges in Guangzhou.It analyzes many aspects of the explicit and recessive curriculum of aerobics and the current problems.It provides a strong theoretical basis and realistic basis for the development and reform of the aerobics curriculum in higher vocational and technical colleges.The results of the study are as follows:The implementation of the aerobics subject curriculum in higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou is relatively reasonable.The teaching forms are mainly public selective courses.The curriculum possess rich teaching contents,traditional and modern teaching methods and means and diversified curriculum evaluation methods.However,there still exist some problems,like younger teachers' age structure and poor job title structure.Scientific research ability and aerobics theoretical knowledge also need to be improved,and faculty resources are weak.In the higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou,the aerobics activity course organized by the training team was well developed.The raining team,organized by aerobics teachers,represent the school to go out to participate in the competition to win honors for the school in order to increase the visibility of the school.Most of the organizations are organized by students,and the development is not stable.They are dominated by self-management and activities are affected by many factors.The invisible courses of aerobics continue to grow in higher vocational colleges in Guangzhou.Its teaching atmosphere is good,teachers' teaching concepts are advanced,but the interaction between teachers and students needs to be strengthened.Teaching facilities and venues basically meet the needs of students,and thecurriculum system needs to be further improved.There are many factors that affect the development of aerobics courses in vocational colleges in Guangzhou,which can be summarized as human environment factors,learning motivation factors,learning style factors,sports cognitive factors,and material security factors.Among them,the factors of human environment are the most influential factors.Each factor controls each other and influences each other.
