Basketball players tend to increase the intensity of training in order to adapt to the characteristics of strong confrontation,fast speed and large load on the basketball court.Special technology training in the long run,if uneven basketball players on both sides of the body force,or the use of more side,may cause the imbalance of muscle strength,thereby affect the joint function,then become weaker kinematic chain mode,may also lead to the corresponding parts of the strain,pain,etc.The potential factors that affect athletic performance.Through posture evaluation system and function screening system,the body posture,joint function and movement pattern of college basketball players were evaluated.Using the literature material method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,combined with theoretical knowledge such as anatomy,characteristics of basketball athlete's posture gradually analyzed,combining with the characteristics of basketball sports,explore its bad posture the joint function of the college students' basketball player limitations and the influence of athletic performance,and draw the following conclusion: basketball players generally appear abnormal posture is round shoulder,deviation,spine,pelvis and lower limb muscle tension arch collapse.In addition,the round shoulder and pelvis deviation are the abnormal body posture of all basketball players participating in this test,which has certain correlation with the characteristics of basketball sports.Abnormal body posture has a certain impact on the improvement of athletic performance ability and technical movements,and also increases the risk of injury of athletes.According to the bad posture of basketball players,coaches can make training plans more pertinently and pay attention to bilateral training rather than unilateral training.At the same time,by strengthening strength training,stress on stretching and relaxation training,to help athletes restore the balance of muscle strength,correct poor posture.
