In recent years,the state has successively developed a variety of policies and programs aimed at comprehensively strengthening,improving and ensuring the development of school physical education in the new era.Since then,school physical education has been continuously developed and updated,and school physical education activities such as school physical education curriculum,extracurricular physical education activities and extracurricular physical education training have become more diverse.The rise of after-school sports services has also brought more new contents to school physical education activities.School sports activities "add bricks and tiles",but also bring more sports risks,endangering the health of young students."People-oriented,health first" has always been the foundation of school sports work,and the safety of school sports activities affects the physical and mental development of teenagers and the happiness of thousands of families.Therefore,it is particularly important to manage the risk of school sports activities,which should keep pace with the times and present more rigorous and scientific content to ensure the safe conduct of school sports activities.Therefore,based on the theory of risk management,this paper takes 14 primary schools in Chengdu as the investigation objects,and adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.Firstly,it investigates the development status,sports injury status and safety prevention status of primary school sports activities in Chengdu at this stage,and finds and summarizes the risk factors that affect the safety of school sports activities according to the investigation results.Then the risk factors of school sports activities are preliminarily identified and screened,and the main risks of school sports activities are obtained through risk assessment,and finally targeted countermeasures are taken to control the risks.Research findings:1.The content of primary school sports activities in Chengdu is rich and varied,and the rise of post-service in physical education class has brought more new choices to young students.The safety problem of school sports activities still exists,and the risk management of school sports needs to seek a new model.2.The risk management system of primary school sports activities in Chengdu includes three links: risk identification,evaluation and risk response.Risk identification aims at discovering risks,risk assessment aims at establishing main risks,and risk response aims at controlling risks.There is no absolute time sequence of the three links,and the contents of each link can be integrated with each other.3.The risk sources of primary school physical education activities in Chengdu include: physical education teacher(third party physical education teacher)risk,student risk,school management risk and environmental risk.4.The main risks of primary school sports activities in Chengdu are: safety reminder risk;Risk of classroom discipline;Safety plan risks,etc.The main risks of third-party physical education teachers are: teaching experience risk;Risk of epidemic prevention and control;Security protection risks,etc.The main risks of students are:the risk of self-help ability;Safety judgment risk;Coping ability risks,etc.The risks existing in the safety management of school sports activities are: safety education risk;Site safety management risk;The risk of safety plan for sports activities,etc.The main risks in physical education class’ s post-service management are: the risk of safety education of third-party physical education teachers;Risk of third-party physical education teacher qualification or coach qualification;Third-party sports equipment safety inspection risks,etc.The main environmental risks are: the environmental safety risk of the site(museum);Risk of site equipment safety protection;Quality risks of sports equipment,etc.5.Risk prevention,risk suppression and risk transfer are the main methods to deal with the risk of primary school sports activities in Chengdu.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Take a school as a unit to carry out risk management.School administrators can refer to the risk management system in this paper,and identify,evaluate and deal with the risks of school sports activities according to the content and safety status of their own schools.Such risk management is the most targeted.2.According to the course content,participants,organizational forms and other characteristics of our school’s post-service in physical education class,the risk of post-service in physical education class is comprehensively identified,so as to formulate a post-service safety management mechanism in physical education class that conforms to the characteristics of our school.3.Schools can offer lectures or elective courses on sports injuries and protection and safe sports,or explain the methods of preventing sports injuries and the treatment methods of sports injuries in the form of cultural corridors when sports meetings are held,and invite parents to participate.4.Regularly identify the risks of school sports activities,and timely supplement the new risks. |
