| In recent years,the physical health of male college students has shown a downward trend.With the rapid development of the electronic age,many male college students have the bad habit of sitting still for a long time.The lack of core strength and sitting still for a long time are likely to lead to waist discomfort and spinal problems,which will further lead to the decline of the physical health level.The research results of many scholars show that water aerobics has the effect of enhancing core muscle strength,but most of the current studies take women or middle-aged and elderly people as experimental objects,and the research on water aerobics in men is relatively few.This paper takes water aerobics as the research basis,conducts further research on it,combines water aerobics with core training,and explores the impact of water aerobics combined with core training on the core muscle strength and fatigue resistance of male college students.This paper uses the methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi,experiment and mathematical statistics.Taking the effect of water aerobics combined with core training in water on the core muscle group of college boys as the research object,36 college boys from Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education who did not exercise regularly and did not have physical education courses were selected as the experimental objects.The experimental objects were randomly divided into two groups,18 in each group.The experimental test contents mainly included the student’s body composition analysis,core static muscle strength index,core dynamic muscle endurance index,Before the experiment,there was no significant difference in each index between the two groups of students,so relevant experimental research can be carried out.The experiment content is: 60 minutes each time,twice a week,for eight weeks.The experimental group used water aerobics combined with core training,and the control group used water aerobics training methods.The experimental results show that:(1)The two training methods of water aerobics and water aerobics combined with core training have a positive impact on the core muscle group of college boys,both of which can improve the muscle strength of the core muscle group of college boys.;(2)In the aspect of erector spinal muscle,i EMG,RMS and MF of left and right erector spinal muscle were improved after training compared with those before the experiment,and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p<0.01);(3)In the aspect of external oblique abdominis,the i EMG,RMS and MF of the left external oblique abdominis and the right external oblique abdominis in the experimental group have very significant differences,while the i EMG,RMS and MF of the left external oblique abdominis and the right external oblique abdominis in the control group have significant differences,and there are differences between the two groups after the experiment.Then the difference range between the two groups before and after the experiment is compared and analyzed,and the results of the experimental group after the experiment are better than the control group(p<0.01);(4)In terms of core muscle endurance,after the experiment,the experimental group’s uniform tummy rolling and uniform back lifting were significantly improved,and the control group also showed differences compared with that before the experiment.After the comparative analysis of the progress gap between the two groups before and after the experiment,the improvement range of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05);The conclusions are as follows:(1)The two training methods of water aerobics and water aerobics combined with core training have a positive impact on college boys’ core muscles,both of which can improve the muscle strength of college boys’ core muscles,but the training effect of water aerobics combined with core training is obviously better than that of water aerobics.(2)The training effect of water aerobics combined with core training on rectus abdominis,erector spinalis and external oblique abdominis of college boys is better than that of water aerobics,which is more targeted to the core muscle group and can play a good role in promoting the development of physical functions. |
