This article takes the empirical research of core strength training to improve the ability of middle school students to compete in group C jumping,using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,experiment,mathematical statistics,and so on.The logic analysis method is used to study 16 aerobics athletes in the middle of the marine private school,to explore the effect and influence of core strength training on the jumping ability of group C of competitive aerobics,and to draw the following conclusions through the research:1 before the experiment,the level of core muscle group of the two groups of athletes was basically the same,which to a great extent ensured the scientificity and comparability of the core muscle group strength test.After the experiment,there was a significant difference in the strength level of the core muscle group between the two groups of competitive aerobics athletes,such as prostrate,back muscle for 15 seconds,sit-up and sit-up on the ball,and the test results of the athletes in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group.Compared with before the experiment,the athletes in the experimental group increased significantly,while the control group did not change significantly.2 before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the bouncing ability,but the special bouncing ability was basically at the same level.There was no significant difference in biomechanical indexes between the two groups of athletes.3 through the core strength training,the special bouncing ability of the athletes in the experimental group and the take-off buffer time,pedal extension time and net height of the difficult movements in group C have been improved to different degrees.There were significant differences before and after the experiment on the control ability of body stability and action completion quality of aerobics athletes.4 the traditional strength training was found by testing the three biomechanical indexes of jumping ability of vertical jump in situ,standing long jump,take-off buffertime,pedal extension time and hip joint emptying net height.Can not significantly improve junior high school competitive aerobics athletes jumping ability.5 compared with the traditional strength training,the core strength training can improve the specific bouncing ability and biomechanical index of junior high school aerobics athletes,which is of great significance to the improvement of the movement quality of group C.
