Purpose of the study:Core muscles play a key role in the sports chain.Weak or unbalanced core muscle groups of ordinary people will cause compensation of other links in the sports chain,which will lead to injury or even pain over time,thus affecting daily life.For speed skaters,more efficient core muscle exercises can optimize professional movements,improve competition performance,prevent sports injuries and accelerate recovery after injuries.Through rational use of sling exercise device,it is expected to achieve more efficient exercise of core muscles.Research methods:Selecting 30 male college athletes of Harbin Sport University who specialize in speed skating,after signing the informed consent form,the subjects were randomly divided into three groups,namely,sling exercise static training group(Group A),sling exercise dynamic training group(Group B)and control group(Group C).Group A was given 7-week static sling exercise exercise,group B was given 7-week dynamic sling exercise exercise,and group C was the control group without experimental intervention.After 7 weeks,the changes of balance ability,muscle strength and muscle endurance of the three groups were compared and analyzed.There was no significant difference in all indexes between group C and week 0(p>0.05).At the 7th week,there was a statistically significant difference between groups A and C in the moving distance of plantar pressure center on X axis(p<0.05),while there was a statistically significant difference between groups B and C in the moving distance of plantar pressure center on Y axis(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the elliptical area of plantar pressure center on eyes and feet(p>0.05).Research results:1.Balance ability: There was no significant difference among the three groups at week 0(p>0.05).After the 7th week,the movement distance of plantar pressure center in group A with eyes open and one foot standing on the X and Y axes was significantly different from that in week 0(p<0.05),among which the movement distance of Y axis was significantly different from that in week 0(p<0.01),while the ellipse area of plantar pressure center in group A with eyes open and two feet standing on the ground had no significant difference(p>0.05).Compared with week 0,there were significant differences in the elliptical area of the plantar pressure center and the moving distance of the plantar pressure center on the X and Y axes in group B,and the difference was significant(p<0.01).When compared among the seven groups,there was a significant difference in the distance between groups A and C on the X-axis(p<0.05),while there was a significant difference in the distance between groups B and C on the Y-axis(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the elliptical area of the plantar pressure center among the three groups(p>0.05).2.Muscle strength: There was no significant difference among the three groups at week 0(p>0.05).After the 7th week,the IEMG of rectus abdominis,obliquus and erector spinae in group A were significantly different from those in week 0(p<0.05),and the IEMG of rectus abdominis,obliquus abdominis and erector spinae in group B were significantly different from those in week 0(p<0.05)At the 7th week,there were significant differences in electromyography of the external oblique abdominal muscles and erector spinae integral between groups A and B(p<0.05),and significant differences in electromyography of the external oblique abdominal muscles(p<0.01).Compared with group A and group C,there were significant differences in the integral electromyogram of rectus abdominis and external oblique abdominis(p<0.05),and significant differences in the integral electromyogram of external oblique abdominis(p< 0.01).Compared with the electromyogram of rectus abdominis and erector spinae integral in group B and group C,there were significant differences(p<0.05),and the electromyogram of erector spinae integral was significant(p<0.01).3.Muscle endurance:At week 0,there was no significant difference among the three groups(p>0.05).After the 7th week,the time of grade 8 abdominal bridge in group A was significantly different from that in week 0(p<0.05),and the time of grade8 abdominal bridge in group B was significantly different from that in week 0(p<0.05),but the index in group C was not significantly different from that in week 0.At the 7th week,the difference between group A and group B was statistically significant(P <0.05).The difference between group A and group C was statistically significant,and the difference was significant(p<0.01).There was significant difference between group B and group C(p<0.05).Research conclusion:1.Sling exercise training plays a positive role in improving core muscle level and balance ability.2.Different types of sling exercise training methods have different training effects,and there is no difference between good and bad.Appropriate sling exercise training methods should be selected for different target muscles.
