With the continuous advancement of the curriculum reform in colleges and universities,the cultivation of students with all-round development has become an important issue in the current education reform.In 2014,the Ministry of Education issued the "Core Literacy for the Development of Chinese Students",and in 2017,the State Council issued the "Medium and Long Term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)",which pointed out the development direction for the curriculum reform of various disciplines and the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.Professional sports is to develop physical education teachers,coaches and the cradle of social sports instructors,Jiangsu 13 undergraduate education stage of the opening of a professional sports colleges and universities,the basketball special course selection,where many students,to cultivate students' ability in teaching and training,improve sports skills,develop sports moral character,developing social practice ability has the extremely important role.Teaching evaluation is an important link in curriculum development and talent training.Therefore,it is particularly important to construct a teaching evaluation system based on core qualities for basketball courses of physical education majors in universities in Jiangsu.This study based on the core accomplishment of Jiangsu university sports professional basketball special course teaching evaluation system construction as the research object,using literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),such as research methods,research of Jiangsu sports professional basketball special course assessment content and assessment scheme,analysis of the teaching evaluation of basketball specialized course in colleges and universities in Jiangsu province,the main problems and causes,combined with core literacy idea,construction of Jiangsu university basketball special course teaching evaluation of three-level index system,expectations for Jiangsu university sports professional basketball special provided a reference for the improvement of the teaching evaluation system.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The current examination content and evaluation scheme of basketball special course of Jiangsu college physical education major need to be improved.In the examination and evaluation of the course,the emphasis is on the aspect of sports ability.The related evaluation of students' teaching and training ability is insufficient,and the indicators of sports morality and social practice ability are not clearly listed,which is out of line with the concept of cultivating an all-round person.Therefore,it should be improved in combination with the concept of core literacy.(2)The existing teaching evaluation system lacks vitality.The main body of teaching evaluation is only the teacher,and the students do not participate in it,so the main body of evaluation has not been diversified.In the teaching evaluation method,quantitative assessment is the main method,but the summative evaluation and diagnostic evaluation are not combined with other methods.Both teachers and students consider the evaluation index of PE core accomplishment to be very important,but in the actual evaluation of course teaching,it only focuses on athletic ability.(3)The construction of the index system combined with the core literacy concept can provide reference for the practical operation of the special course.Using expert interview method and Delphi method,through two rounds of expert investigation,this paper constructs the teaching evaluation index system of Jiangsu college basketball special course of physical education major based on the core literacy,including 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 60third-level indicators,and determines the weight of each indicator respectively.This paper provides a reference for the teaching evaluation of basketball special course of physical education major in Jiangsu colleges and universities,evaluates students from various aspects,cultivates students' core qualities,and achieves the goal of all-round development.(4)The teaching and training ability should be the key part of the teaching evaluation of basketball courses for PE majors.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and percentage weight method are used to calculate the weight of each index in the index system constructed.It is concluded that "teaching and training ability" is the most important index,followed by "sports morality","athletic ability",and finally "social practice ability".In the secondary index,"classroom teaching ability" is the most important,followed by "teaching training preparation ability",and then "training ability".Among the three indicators,the top ones are "teaching guidance ability","classroom management ability","teacher-student communication ability" and "sports morality".
