| With the deepening of the "double reduction" policy and the cultivation of core competencies in physical education,schools at different levels have reached a new level of emphasis on physical education courses.In order to promote students’ physical and mental health and improve their educational level,various schools are actively promoting changes in physical education teaching.Among them,public physical education courses in higher vocational colleges are an important component.At present,the teaching methods and methods of public physical education courses in vocational colleges in China are still mainly based on traditional teaching models.Although traditional teaching models have their own advantages and have been continuously integrated in teaching reform,achieving certain results,they still reflect many shortcomings in the teaching process,especially in the teacher led classroom,the practice methods are relatively single,student participation is not high,and the classroom is not active and interesting enough.In order to break through the limitations of traditional teaching models in teaching and explore more efficient physical education teaching models,this paper applies the 5E teaching model derived from American constructive to physical education teaching in vocational colleges to verify its feasibility and effectiveness.The 5E teaching mode mainly enhances students’ sense of participation and learning interest,allowing them to establish correct scientific concepts during the teaching process.Through the process of participation,exploration,explanation,deep processing,and evaluation,students can combine rich practice methods and means on the basis of fully understanding the concept of technical movements,and ultimately proficiently master the sports skills and form a complete knowledge system,Thus promoting the harmonious development of its social function and adaptability.Through a variety of research methods,such as questionnaires,expert interviews,teaching experiments,mathematical statistics and other research methods,especially the use of teaching experiments,this paper has designed a set of practical and feasible teaching scheme of volleyball public physical education in higher vocational colleges guided by 5E teaching theory.For the volleyball public physical education class of2021 freshmen in Guangdong Foreign Language Arts Vocational College,the traditional teaching mode is used as a contrast,Conduct a 13 week teaching experiment to test the practical application effect of using the 5E teaching mode in volleyball teaching of public physical education courses in vocational colleges.Compare and analyze the data of students’ body shape,physical fitness,volleyball skills,learning motivation,learning interest,and learning attitude obtained from pre and post experiments within and between groups.The following conclusions were drawn:1.Through teaching experiments and questionnaire analysis,it has been found that both the 5E teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode are beneficial for improving students’ basic volleyball skills.The impact of the 5E teaching mode is significantly better than that of the traditional teaching mode,making it a feasible and ideal teaching mode.2.Both the 5E teaching mode and traditional teaching mode cannot effectively improve students’ physical fitness in a short period of time.3.Both traditional teaching mode and 5E teaching mode can stimulate students’ learning motivation,enhance their learning interest,and correct their learning attitude in teaching.The impact of the 5E teaching model is more significant.4.5E teaching model embodies constructive theory,which enhances students’ cooperative ability and cultivates team cooperation awareness through teaching methods such as group exploration during the teaching process.5.5E teaching model has more cooperative,enjoyable,and interesting teaching characteristics,which is conducive to creating a classroom atmosphere and establishing good relationships between students and teachers. |
