Physical education in higher vocational colleges is the terminal of school physical education in a certain sense,and it is the alternate point between school and social physical education.In order to promote the development of volleyball teaching in higher vocational colleges in China and improve the teaching effect.This study takes the "271 Efficient Classroom" teaching mode in the volleyball class of higher vocational colleges as the research object,and makes an experimental study on the application effect of the "271 Efficient Classroom" teaching mode in the volleyball class of higher vocational colleges by using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,observation and measurement,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics.This paper studies whether the "271 Efficient Classroom" teaching mode can improve the special sports ability,the technical evaluation results of volleyball skills,mobilize the dynamic adjustment system and improve the sense of cooperation,so as to provide practical reference value for improving the volleyball teaching effect and teaching reform,so as to explore the teaching effect of the "271Efficient Classroom" teaching mode in higher vocational public volleyball classes.The experimental results are as follows:(1)Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences among the experimental class as a whole,boys and girls in self-cushion,autobiography,service performance and technical evaluation scores(p < 0.01).Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences among the control class as a whole,boys and girls in the scores of self-cushion,autobiography and serve(p < 0.01),but there were significant differences in the scores of various technical evaluations(p <0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class in terms of self-cushion,autobiography,serve and technical evaluation scores(p < 0.01).(2)Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences among the experimental class as a whole,boys and girls in three psychological dimensions(p< 0.01).Before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference in interest in physical education among the control class as a whole,boys and girls(p < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in motivation and attitude(p > 0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences between the control version and the experimental class in three psychological dimensions(p < 0.05).(3)Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences among the experimental class as a whole,boys and girls in affection and cooperation spirit(p <0.01).Before and after the experiment,there was no significant difference in affection and cooperative spirit among the control class as a whole,boys and girls(p > 0.05).After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental class and the control class,as a whole,boys and girls in affection and cooperation spirit(p < 0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in the special sports ability of the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment(p > 0.05).After the experiment,there was no significant difference in special sports ability between the experimental class and the control class as a whole,boys and girls(p >0.05).Through the analysis of the above results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The "271 Efficient Classroom" teaching mode has significantly improved the technical evaluation results,dynamic system and emotional cooperation of volleyball skills in higher vocational colleges,and can be used as an effective means of volleyball teaching in higher vocational colleges.(2)The traditional teaching mode has significantly improved the technical evaluation results of volleyball skills and sports learning interest in higher vocational colleges,but has not significantly improved the learning attitude and motivation and the spirit of emotional cooperation."271 Efficient Classroom" teaching mode is more comprehensive and effective than the traditional teaching mode in improving the technical evaluation results and psychological factors of volleyball skills in higher vocational colleges,and it is suitable as an effective means to improve the teaching effect of volleyball in higher vocational colleges.(3)The teaching mode of "271 Efficient Classroom" is more helpful for students to correct their learning attitude and stimulate their interest and motivation in sports dynamic adjustment system.The students in the experimental class have improved their psychological factors higher than those in the control class,which has obviously promoted the learning effect of volleyball class in higher vocational colleges.(4)The "271 Efficient Classroom" teaching mode is more effective in improving students’ learning enthusiasm and learning attitude in terms of emotional expression and cooperative spirit.Using group cooperative inquiry learning in teaching is conducive to promoting the active classroom learning atmosphere and forming a United and cooperative learning environment.(5)Traditional teaching mode and "271 Efficient Classroom" teaching mode have not significantly improved the students’ special sports ability in the two classes,which is difficult to be improved because of the short research time in this experiment.
