| On October 15,2020,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education Work",which proposed "church,diligent practice,and regular competition"."Teaching,diligent practice,and regular competition" has gradually become the main direction of physical education teaching reform.Badminton,as a popular sports elective course in vocational colleges,is loved by many students.However,currently,there are still problems in teaching badminton in vocational colleges,such as a single teaching method,a lack of extracurricular exercises for students,and a lack of competition opportunities on campus.In vocational colleges,the implementation of "teaching,diligent practice,and regular competition" teaching is expected to help students cultivate basic and specialized sports skills,enhance their interest in learning,and encourage students to participate in competitions,Promote students to develop the habit of active exercise and promote the development of higher education in China.By using the methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaires,teaching experiments,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the teaching of "church,practice and regular competition" is integrated into the badminton elective courses in higher vocational colleges for experimental research.Firstly,experimental construction was conducted,including theoretical foundations and experimental design.Then,students from Guangdong Light Industry Vocational and Technical College who participated in the 2021 badminton elective course were randomly selected,with Class 1 as the experimental group and Class 2 as the control group.The independent variable "teaching,diligent practice,and regular competition" was introduced to conduct a teaching experiment.The differences in physical fitness,basic badminton skills,learning interest,and self-learning ability between the experimental group and the control group were compared,Afterwards,teaching experiments were conducted to compare the changes in various test indicators among students and analyze the impact of the experiment on students.The experimental results indicate that:(1)the teaching experiment of "teaching,practicing,and regularly competing" in badminton can improve students’ physical fitness,but the experimental group is superior to the control group only in the male50 meter test project.(2)The teaching experiment of "teaching,practicing,and playing regularly" in badminton can improve students’ basic skills,and the experimental group students have significantly improved their performance in two tests: high distance ball and low center of gravity four point moving footwork.(3)The teaching experiment of "teaching,practicing,and playing badminton regularly" can improve students’ theoretical performance,and the theoretical performance of the experimental group students is significantly better than that of the control group students.(4)The teaching experiment of "teaching,practicing,and playing badminton regularly" can enhance students’ learning interest,and the experimental group students have a significant improvement effect in positive and negative interests;The advantage in improving students’ self-directed learning ability is not obvious,and the experimental group only has a significant improvement in learning methods.(5)The classroom atmosphere of the badminton teaching experiment of "teaching,practicing diligently,and playing regularly" is good,and the "practicing diligently" section is completed well.The experimental group students have a positive attitude towards practicing after class;The situation of "regular competition" needs to be further promoted.The willingness of the experimental group students to participate in the competition is high,and the number of participants still needs to be further increased.The implementation of "regular competition" requires material support.After analysis and discussion,it is suggested that:(1)teachers should act as organizers and guides,strengthen their teaching ability in technology and theory,evaluate students in many ways,and focus on cultivating students’ interests.(2)Stimulate students’ after-class practice vitality by displaying excellent after-class practice materials and adding ordinary scores to excellent students.(3)Increase the use of game training methods in physical fitness and skill training,mobilize students’ enthusiasm,reduce the boring feeling of practice,organize team matches,challenge matches,individual matches and other competitions in the "regular match" part of class,strengthen students’ team cooperation ability,and create a display platform for students.(4)The promotion of the extra-curricular "regular competition" link needs the support of the school leadership and the school sports department in terms of funds.The school should increase the funding for the establishment of the school badminton event for the purchase of equipment,prizes and event publicity. |
