Research On Sustainable Cultivation Of Community Volunteer Team Under The Concept Of Participatory Governance

China is in a period of important social transition,with people’s needs becoming more diverse and complex.The disintegration of unit system leads to a significant decline in the degree of social organization,so the innovation of social governance has become a hot topic.In this context,urban communities generally have the problem of low sense of identity and cohesion,so it is necessary to establish a self-organization mechanism and rebuild the residents’ connection,so as to meet the personalized and diversified needs of residents and cope with the challenges brought by social transformation.As a scientific helping activity with professional values and methods,social work takes root in communities and is an important force of social governance as well as a direct subject of cultivating self-organization in urban communities.Through the cultivation of community self-organization,social work can enhance residents’ sense of participation,promote community organization,and promote innovation in social governance.In recent years,although we have made some progress in the cultivation of volunteer teams,we still face many problems,such as lack of subject consciousness and service enthusiasm,lack of service ability,and lack of resources,which lead to the low sustainability of residents’ participation in volunteer services.Guided by the concept of participatory governance,this study adopts the method of case study,collects data through observation and interview,and explores the sustainable cultivation of volunteer team’s participation in ecological environment governance in the practical process of offline investigation,participatory design and ecological garden construction,so as to realize the transformation of volunteer team from "other organization" to "self-organization".Then,it further discusses how to guide residents to participate in the maintenance of public space of ecological environment governance by jointly creating public space of ecological environment governance until the results of shared ecological environment governance are presented.It focuses on analyzing the cultivation process and deficiencies of the sustainable participation of volunteers in community ecological governance by multiple subjects.The research results show that,with the public affairs concerned by the community residents as the "starting point" and the volunteer network platform and ecological garden construction as the practice path,the government,residents and social workers cooperate with each other,integrate cross-border resources in various fields,build a flat cooperative relationship,and cultivate volunteer organizations for garden maintenance through field research and residents’ discussion.Completing the construction,operation and maintenance of the ecological garden is an effective way to cultivate the sustainability of the volunteer team.It plays an important role in realizing the community ecological environment governance,facilitating the masses to get close to nature,sharing the results of community ecological environment governance,shaping a good-neighborly and harmonious grassroots social atmosphere,and realizing the win-win situation of the government,residents and other multiple subjects.
