A Study On The Cultivation Of Community Voluntary Service Organizations By Social Work From The Perspective Of Community Governance

Community voluntary service organization is an important part of the community service and social security system at the grass-roots level.It has the characteristics of diversified subjects,extensive participation and active governance.At present,in the process of community governance,it has become a development trend for multiple subjects to participate in community voluntary service organizations.Only by fully mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of multiple subjects and exploring the construction of a community governance community with benign interaction and joint participation can we promote the establishment and improvement of a high-quality,high-level and all-round community voluntary service system and promote the transformation and upgrading of social public services.From the perspective of community governance,the author applies the theory of collaborative governance and the theory of empowerment to the cultivation of community voluntary service organizations.Taking the Z community voluntary service organization of Shenyang City as the main object of study,semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey are used to conduct in-depth investigation and research on the cultivation process of the organization.Starting from the participants of the community governance community,the author finds that there are some problems in the main body of the current community voluntary service organization,such as lack of cooperation consciousness,lack of organizational mobilization ability,aging of the personnel structure,low level of professional quality,cognitive deviation of volunteer service,and analyzes the causes according to the existing problems.On this basis,this study fully combines the results of existing theoretical studies and practical cases at home and abroad,examines the possibility,rationality,path and means of social work’s involvement in community voluntary service,and innovatively adopts the empowerment theory and collaborative governance theory to address the difficulties and problems in the cultivation of community voluntary service organizations by using community social work.Explore and design an effective mechanism for social work to cultivate community voluntary service.At the same time,this study focuses on the combination of theory and practice.According to the actual situation of Z community voluntary service organization,it uses professional and systematic social work methods to carry out relevant practices,carries out activities with the core of updating the main body strength,improving the service level,enhancing the main body linkage and cultivating common consciousness,and evaluates the specific implementation results.On the basis of fully summarizing the experience,Put forward the integration of community resources,improve the supervision and management mechanism and other practical suggestions.
