| Advanced science and technology are important factors to maintain and enhance national comprehensive strength.Moreover,innovations of science and technology cannot be sustained without talents,and the cultivation of talents cannot be sustained without the higher education.Since the popularization of higher education in my country,the original professional education system has been difficult to improve students’ adaptability to the outside world.The campus lacks exploration of the world of philosophy,and students have weak thinking and communication skills.In order to meet the needs of the development of top-notch talents,overcome the shortcomings of the traditional talent training model,and create a campus environment where teachers and students coexist harmoniously and have a rich cultural heritage.At the beginning of this century,colleges and universities have successively innovated education models,attaching importance to general education and interdisciplinary education,and learn from the experience of ancient Chinese academies and European and American residential academies tried to use the academy system to explore a training model for elite talents.This paper takes the college system talent training mode as the theme and studies its operating status.This paper sorts out the historical evolution of the college system and grasps the reasons for reviving ancient academies and drawing lessons from residential colleges in Europe and America.Through the text analysis method,this paper analyzes the operation situation of the college system talent training mode in the theoretical level,and uses the network survey method to study the operation dilemma of the college system talent training mode in the realistic level,and analyzes the reasons for the predicament in the real level with the Bourdieu practice theory.This paper analyzes the talent training modes of Jingwen Academy,Youren Academy and Jin Shanbao Academy,and summarizes the characteristics and common points of different talent training modes.Finally,based on the previous research,the author puts forward some suggestions on the operation of the college talent training mode.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,the academy system is an exploration of the elite education model with Chinese characteristics in the new era under the popularization of higher education.The college system is implemented in different ways in different schools,but the common features are those that the college system tries to inherit the free and speculative academic atmosphere of ancient academies and create a campus culture of harmonious coexistence through the mode and technical measures,such as the tutorial system,honor credit system and small class system.It learns from residential colleges in Europe and America.To build a rich and complete community life and provide students with free and individual space for development,and finally integrate the college culture with honor education,general education and interdisciplinary education,so as to cultivate outstanding talents.Secondly,the operating mechanism of the college system is as follows: at the target level,education is oriented,and moral education is the first,and top-notch talents are the training targets.At the mode level,professional education and general education are connected,and the basic knowledge of the trainees is consolidated,and a systematic hidden education system and an education environment with humanistic deposits are built.At the technical level,by gathering resources inside and outside the school and refining the training process,the individual potential of students is deeply excavated.The target layer is the direction of the pattern layer and the technology layer,the pattern layer and the technology layer ensure the realization of the target layer,and the technology layer is the specific implementation strategy of the target layer and the pattern layer.Thirdly,the college system has injected new vitality into the undergraduate education and provided a broader space for the development of students,but it has the following problems in the actual operation: the educators and learners of higher education have not reached a consensus at the target level,the medium strategy at the model level and the specific measures at the technology level are mere formality.There is a problem for the following reasons: the hierarchical type management influence on education practice subject,and traditional personnel training mode of old rituals are in conflict with the academy field,and promoting college personnel training mode of practitioners is too fast,which lead to college personnel training mode in the actual operation process depart from it in the strategy and goals.Fourthly,in view of the difficulties in the actual operation of the college system talent training mode,this study put forward the following suggestions: aiming at the target level,ideological education activities related to the college system talent training concept can be carried out between higher education educators and learners.At the model level,the reformers of higher education can adjust the evaluation system of teachers,emphasizing the importance of indicators such as student guidance,class attendance and teaching quality in the evaluation system.The profound knowledge,good cultivation,strong physique and so on will be included in the evaluation index of students,and give more weight to these indexes;Publicize the significance of general education and general education,and increase the strength of career education.For the technical level,academies and colleges can jointly formulate talent training programs.The promoters of the talent training model of academies should avoid the desire for quick success and instant benefits,and recommend the reform in different stages and layers.This study enriches the connotation of talent training mode at the theoretical level,expands the application field and explanatory power of Bourdieu’s practical theory,and helps educational administrators to deepen their understanding of the talent training mode and its operating status of college system at the practical level. |
