| The guarantee of high quality development lies in the early training of top-notch innovative talents,and the core lies in developing the scientific literacy of middle school students.The sense of responsibility is one of the scientific literacy of middle school students,and also one of the important indicators to measure the development level of middle school students’ scientific literacy.The key to measure the development level of middle school students’ sense of responsibility is to construct the evaluation index system of middle school students’ sense of responsibility based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.At present,although the existing research has recognized that the sense of responsibility of middle school students needs to be evaluated,its value orientation is not clear enough,and it does not distinguish top innovative talents from ordinary middle school students.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to construct a set of evaluation index system of middle school students’ sense of responsibility based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.This set of evaluation index system includes two parts,one is evaluation index;The second is the evaluation tool.Based on this understanding,the two core problems that this study tries to solve are:(1)How to construct an evaluation index of middle school students’ sense of responsibility based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents?(2)How to develop an evaluation tool for high school students’ sense of responsibility based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents?The evaluation index of middle school students’ sense of responsibility based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is determined by the literature method and three rounds of Delphi method research are carried out.The evaluation index is modified and improved by combining with expert opinions.The final evaluation indicators include four first-level indicators: personal awareness(A),social responsibility(B),national identity(C),and international understanding(D).There are 10 secondary indexes: learning scientific knowledge(A1),mastering scientific method(A2),understanding scientific value(A3),forming scientific attitude(A4),possessing scientific spirit(A5),forming scientific habit(A6);Participation in activities related to science and technology(B1);Understand national needs(C1),engage in science and technology(C2);Understand international trends in science and technology(D1).According to the above evaluation index of middle school students’ sense of responsibility based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,an evaluation tool of middle school students’ sense of responsibility based on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is developed,and the evaluation tool is tested and modified.In order to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the evaluation tool,the validity and reliability test were carried out.Content validity and structure validity were used to test the validity,and the I-CVI value of each topic was greater than 0.83.The S-CVI values(based on I-CVI)and S-CVI values(based on proportional correlation)were both greater than 0.83,indicating that the content validity of the evaluation tool was good.Chi-square test showed that there was a significant difference in the development level of sense of responsibility in the experimental group before and after the teaching intervention,while there was no significant difference in the level of the two surveys before and after the teaching intervention,indicating that the structural validity of the evaluation tool was good.The reliability test was conducted using rater consistency reliability and intra-group correlation coefficient(ICC).The consistency agreement rate of raters was greater than 95%,and the intra-group correlation coefficient(ICC)was above 0.75,indicating good reliability of the evaluation tool. |
