| With the accelerating process of urbanization,it is common for grandparents and parents to raise children together in Chinese families. However, due to the fact that the two generations were born in different times, there is a certain gap in their rearing concepts and living habits, which leads to many contradictions and conflicts in the process of raising children. These contradictions and conflicts not only affect family harmony, but also affect family harmony,It will also have a negative impact on the growth of children, and even make the family crisis, leading to family fragmentation.Based on this,it is particularly important to adjust the intergenerational problems of the family in the process of child rearing,in order to help families ease the intergenerational conflict and promote the harmony of family relations. This study takes a family with three generations as the research object, adopts the structural family therapy model, and explores to solve the intergenerational problems in child rearing by clarifying the division of family roles, setting flexible boundaries, and reconstructing the communication model,so as to help families solve the intergenerational contradictions, restore family functions, and operate well. This study uses semi-structured interview, participatory observation and scale measurement to collect data.It is found that the intergenerational problems in s family are mainly reflected in the contradictions and conflicts caused by the differences in living habits and parenting concepts between grandparents and parents, the alienation of parentchild relationship caused by intergenerational conflicts, and the joint confrontation within the family.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the causes of these intergenerational problems are: firstly, the unclear division of roles and responsibilities in the family;secondly, there are rigid boundaries and unreasonable interaction patterns in the family;the reason lies in the chaotic family structure. On this basis, the structural family therapy model, combined with the "four step intervention" method of the structural family therapy model,is used to enter and link;to evaluate the family and diagnose problems;to break the chaotic family structure;to re-establish a healthy family structure.According to the specific situation of the family, this study is divided into five stages to intervene in s family, which are: entering the family and linking members, prediction analysis and problem diagnosis, breaking the unhealthy old family structure, remodeling the healthy new family structure, consolidating the new family structure and closing the case, and intervening in s family by reconstructing and breaking the balance. The first stage is to collect the basic information of the family and establish a mutual trust relationship with the family members. In the second stage, through the analysis of the collected data, the intergenerational problems of s family were predicted and diagnosed, and preparation for the next stage of intervention was made.In the third stage, two family activities are designed for the three generations,in order to break the phenomenon of joint confrontation in the family. In the fourth stage, professional skills such as restructuring and breaking the balance are used to reshape the family structure of s family,to help s family improve the unreasonable division of roles, break the old balance, determine clear boundaries, guide family members to realize the problems, and help them establish a good way of interaction. Finally,in the consolidation stage,it mainly helps the family members review the whole intervention process, help the family maintain the existing family structure, consolidate the parent-child relationship again, and end the service. After the end of the whole service, the process evaluation and result evaluation showed that each member of the family had a clear division of roles, established a flexible family boundary, reshaped a healthy family structure, and established a good interaction mode among family members.Grandparents and parents could choose an effective way to solve the differences in child rearing solve the problem. The intergenerational conflicts caused by child rearing in families have been effectively improved. Finally, the researcher summarizes and reflects on the effectiveness and shortcomings of structural family therapy model in intervening intergenerational problems in childcare. The research shows that it is effective to use the structural family therapy model to intervene in the intergenerational problems of children’s upbringing, which can help family members to establish a good communication mode,so as to alleviate the intergenerational conflict and create a harmonious atmosphere. At the same time, the shortcomings of this paper are that the sample size is single, and the selected literature has some limitations. |
