Intervention Study Of Family Therapy Model Into Chinese Family Problems

Accompanied by profound changes in Chinese society, the family has undergoneprofound changes in the structure, function, concept, etc. The core of a host family, theimplementation of the one-child policy, the rise of divorce rate, increasing family conflictand adolescent problems emergent make people pay more and more attention to Chinesefamily problems. Under such a realistic background and realistic demand, social workerstake what kind of method to deal with all kinds of family problems, to meet the demand ofthe Chinese families’ diversification for professional home services is particularly urgentand important. Family therapy put the individual issues in the entire family system to solve,not only to address the surface of personal problems, but also to focus more on theinteractive relationship among the family members of adjustment and the establishment ofthe benign communication mode. Family therapy has opened up a new perspective to solvefamily problems, providing more choice of methods and means for the people in real lifeencountering family conflict and interpersonal relationship problems.In the rise and development of the family therapy in China has a realistic foundationand theoretical basis. Family therapy, while rooted in western culture, also showed strongadaptability in Chinese social and cultural environment. On the one hand, family therapyresponds to the growing family problems in the period of dramatic social change. On theother hand, there is a fit between the concept of family therapy and traditional Chineseculture. In addition, the theoretical research and empirical research on family and familytherapy of the scholars at home and abroad have laid the solid foundation for familytherapy’s development in China. With the vigorous development of Chinese social workalso provides opportunities for family therapy’s development in China.Based on Chinese social and cultural background, it hackles and analyzes the researchof domestic family therapy with the method of literature, and cites parent-child relationshipand conjugal relation’ significant influence on the family. Using Satir family therapy andstructural family therapy method in counseling the client and his family, it focuses on thetreatment process and handling of encountered in the treatment of impedance, compare andsummarize the two application practice.Results are as follows: (1)Whether using Satir family therapy in group guidance, or family counseling withstructural family therapy, has positive influence on the director and his family.(2) Whenproviding family therapy service for families with problems, social workers keep sharpnessof culture, avoid falling into a "professional" and "experts" error, more mining localhandling family issues.(3) Play therapy’s elements introduced in the process of familytherapy, helps to weaken the impedance of client and his family for family therapy.(4) Thecase of xiao hong proved that, under the circumstance of being sensitive to treatment, theintroduction of family therapy’s concept in the group guidance is more feasible andeffective than family therapy to the whole family.(5) Social workers in carrying out service,shall pay more attention to the connection between the family system and external system,to further consolidate the effect of family therapy. We must introduce school resources,community resources, society resources to family, and improve the external support systemof the family.
