Since 2014,"Several Opinions on Accelerating the Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption" proposed a number of favorable policies conducive to the development of the sports training industry,sports training services have been in full swing.With the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,teenagers have more spare time to participate in sports training,but it is unclear how strong their motivation to participate in training and how satisfied they are with sports training services.Therefore,starting from "Teenagers’ motivation and satisfaction in participating in training",this paper uses literature review,field survey,expert interview,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics to explore the relationship between teenagers’ motivation and satisfaction in training,thereby improving their motivation and satisfaction,ensuring their continued participation in physical exercise,and improving the economic effectiveness of sports training institutions.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Descriptive statistics show that more than half of the youth in Yantai City have participated in sports training for a period of less than one year,with weekly training frequency mainly ranging from 1-2 times,and the majority of each training duration ranging from 1.5 hours.The survey on the motivation and satisfaction of teenagers to participate in training reflects that the intensity of students’ motivation to participate in training is above average,and their satisfaction with training is between average and satisfactory.(2)There are significant differences in various dimensions of motivation and satisfaction among students of different gender,age,educational background,training years,training duration,and training weeks.There are no significant differences in various dimensions of motivation and satisfaction among students of different training programs.(3)Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that with the growth of age and educational background,the influence of relatives and friends and self satisfaction motivation weakened,and students’ satisfaction with teaching level,teaching effectiveness,and course management showed a downward trend;As the number of years of training and the number of weekly training increases,personal preferences,ability improvement,health and fitness,and self satisfaction motivation increase,and students’ satisfaction with teaching level,teaching effectiveness,course management,and institutional services increases;As the length of training increases,personal preferences,abilities,and motivation for the influence of relatives and friends increase,and students’ satisfaction with teaching level and effectiveness increases.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between motivation to participate in training and each dimension of the satisfaction scale.(4)The multiple linear regression model shows that,after excluding the confounding interference of gender,age,education level,training years,weekly training frequency,and training duration,the teaching level,teaching effectiveness,course management,and institutional services all have a positive and significant impact on the motivation to participate in training,that is,assuming that H1,H2,H3,and H5 are valid,while the teaching environment does not have a significant impact on the motivation to participate in training,and assuming H4 is not valid.The explanatory rate of independent variables and control variables on the fluctuation of training motivation reached 56.2%.The following suggestions are proposed to improve teenagers’ motivation and satisfaction in participating in training: 1.Reasonably set training goals based on the actual situation of students,and promote the motivation transformation of sports needs.2.Improve self-efficacy and sense of achievement through watching videos,attribution,and performance evaluation.Organize normalized competition tests,games,and cooperative learning to satisfy a sense of pleasure and belonging.4.Improve the satisfaction of teaching level by improving the coaching ability of coaches.5.Improve teaching methods and methods,establish a commitment responsibility system,and improve satisfaction with teaching results.6.Reasonably coordinate internal resources,strengthen management,and improve service quality.
