With the development of the society and the popularity of the Internet, less and lessstudents participate in physical exercise, and their point of interests have begun to shiftelsewhere slowly. Many teenagers are accustomed to be at home, they would like to watch TV,surf the Internet and play games, rather than going out to exercise. Today, more and morestudents are wearing glasses or become fat in campus, teenagers body movement functiontraining motivation are showing weakening trend. Therefore, through the study of this thesisabout teenagers body movement function training motivation, it is of great significance topropose corresponding excitation strategies to stimulate teenagers body movement functiontraining motivation.In this paper, based on the theory of motivation and movement motivation, teenagers insome schools in Tongzhou District, Beijing is chosen as the objective of this study, andresearch methods including literature data, questionnaires and expert interviews are used toanalyze teenagers body movement function training motivation. Firstly, teenagers bodymovement function training interest motivation is analyzed, including the level of self-study,negative interest, active interest and level of participation. Then teenagers body movementfunction training self-motivation is analyzed, including level of cognition and level ofachievement. After that, teenagers body movement function training controlling motivation isanalyzed, including stimulating experience, introjected regulation, identified regulation andexternal regulation. At the same time, teenagers body movement function training motivationof different grades and sex is analyzed, and the following three conclusions are giving:(1) With the increase of grade, From senior stage of primary school to middle school,teenagers body movement function training interest motivation is gradually increased.(2) Teenagers body movement function training self-motivation is correlated to level ofparticipation, active interest and level of self-study of teenagers body movement functiontraining motivation.(3) Teenagers body movement function training controlling motivation is correlated tolevel of participation, active interest and level of self-study of teenagers body movementfunction training motivation.Finally, reasonable excitation strategies of teenagers body movement function trainingmotivation is proposed, including giving teenagers more autonomy, taking positive andeffective strengthening methods, and paying more attention to the needs of teenagers, so as tocontribute our strength to promote the healthy growth of teenagers.
