| In the process of promoting the construction of a child-friendly society,the child protection and welfare system has been constantly improved and developed,and the relief and security for the de facto unattended children has become increasingly mature.However,due to the fact that the de facto unattended children’s family particularity,they have a family but can not get the love from close relationships,and face more difficulties in the process of growth and social adaptation.Through the analysis of the existing research,it can be found that the traditional model based on material assistance is difficult to meet the personalized development needs of the de facto unattended children.It is urgent to explore how to accurately identify the actual needs of children and carry out developmental social adaptation assistance.In this context,the author through participating in the social work project of the Y organization,through household visits and field investigations,explored the personal and family situation of the de facto unattended children in M County of L City,and we found that children had strong sense of self-closure,interpersonal communication barriers,family upbringing effects,inadequate social communication and other problems in social adaptation,and analyzed the causes of the problems.On this basis,selecting eight children to carry out developmental group work services based on voluntary registration and village(community)recommendation.Guided by the ecosystem theory and social learning theory,eight group activities are carried out to help children gradually establish correct self-cognition and improve their own abilities to improve the plight of social adaptation.After the completion of the group,the results of the development group achieved initial results.Summarize and reflect on this study,explore the advantages of specialization and individualization of the developmental group in the process of social adaptation of the children,reflect on the lack of links resources in the study,and put forward corresponding suggestions from the perspective of individuals,families,schools and non-governmental organizations of the de facto unattended children. |
