A Study Of Social Work Intervention On The Interpersonal Communication Problems Of De Facto Unattended Children With Concentrated Support ——A Case Study Of The Minors Protection Center In H City,Inner Mongolia

The concept of De Facto Unattended Children was formally proposed in the official document in June 2019.There are few research results on this special group of children in China,especially De Facto Unattended Children with Concentrated Support in the civil affairs department is little attention.The De Facto Unattended Children with Concentrated Support interpersonal research is almost a blank.Based on this background,this paper focuses on De Facto Unattended Children with Concentrated Support,through field investigation of De Facto Unattended Children with Concentrated Support in H city minors protection center,using participation observation,interview,questionnaire method,selecting five De Facto Unattended Children with Concentrated Support with typical problems in interpersonal,summarizing their interpersonal issues in interpersonal cognition,interpersonal skills,interpersonal emotional problems and analyzing the causes of the problems.Taking demand of De Facto Unattended Children with Concentrated Support as the starting point,guided by the ecosystem theory,formulating and implement a social work intervention plan from the micro,medium,macro.The goal of the article is to help De Facto Unattended Children with Concentrated Support improve their interpersonal skills,solve interpersonal problems and form a good interpersonal relationship.In this study,social case work and group work are carried out for 5times.The author continue to penetrate into the surrounding environment of the schools and institutions of the research subjects.Tried to create favorable conditions for interpersonal communication for the research subjects at the middle and macro level as social worker policy influencer.The author strives to create favorable conditions for interpersonal communication for the research subjects at the middle and macro levels.At the end of the interventional study,the author conducts a multi-angle evaluation of this study from three aspects: case effect evaluation,group effect evaluation and overall evaluation and drew the conclusion that social work intervention on the interpersonal communication problems of De Facto Unattended Children with Concentrated Support has a positive effect.Finally,the author thinks that the professional,ability and the limitations of social work intervention affect the fact of De Facto Unattended Children with Concentrated Support interpersonal effect,society should strengthen the centralized support facts De Facto Unattended Children with Concentrated Support,enable them to better integrate into society and the future development of children’s social work has a certain degree of outlook.It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for the interpersonal communication of social work dependent children.
