In recent years,children's issues have been paid more and more attention by the society and the state,and the system of children's welfare and protection has been developing and improving.In fact,as a vulnerable group of children,the unaccompanied children are facing more difficulties in the process of growing up.At present,a series of policies are mainly aimed at the material problems such as the protection and assistance of the children who are not actually raised.However,due to the fact that no one raised children can not get family care for a long time and their psychological needs can not be met,their psychology is often more vulnerable than that of ordinary children,and their mental health development should be paid more attention.Through the analysis of the existing research,it is found that the fact that there is inferiority in interpersonal communication,communication ability is weak,lack of normal interpersonal communication,which affects their mental health.In this context,the author takes some de facto unaccompanied children in District C of Qingdao as the research object.Through in-depth interviews with de facto unaccompanied children and their family members,the author finds that there are problems in interpersonal communication,such as cognitive deviation,emotional barriers,and inadequate interpersonal communication ability,which are usually caused by children themselves,their families and their society Cause.In order to solve these problems,this study selected 8 typical children who were not raised to form interpersonal communication group.The eight children,aged between 9-14,were close to each other,and showed homogeneity in interpersonal problems.The group was more targeted.Under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory,social learning theory and self in the mirror theory,group activities should be designed reasonably to explore effective ways and mechanisms to solve the interpersonal problems of children who are not actually raised.The group carried out six group activities in total.Through the guidance of social workers to achieve the group goals,the interpersonal problems of the group members were improved.At the end of the group activity,the effect of the group was evaluated from multiple perspectives,and it was considered that the group work had advantages in intervening in the interpersonal problems of children who were not actually raised.In the end,it makes a reflection and summary of the group intervention,affirms the positive role of the group work in the interpersonal interaction of the fact that no one raised children,but also reflects on the shortcomings from the group itself and social workers themselves.Finally,suggestions are put forward from four aspects: to enhance the subjective initiative of the interpersonal communication of the fact orphaned children;to enhance the awareness of family education and improve the environment of family communication;to enhance the attention of the school to the interpersonal relationship of the fact orphaned children;to build a complete support network in the community and create a harmonious and good interpersonal atmosphere.
