| University think tank experts are the main body and promoters of university think tanks,playing a crucial role in the construction and development of university think tanks.Impact evaluation is an important component of talent evaluation in university think tanks.By evaluating the influence of experts,not only can the academic research achievements of experts be affirmed and standardized,but also objective evaluation indicators can be provided for expert evaluation,motivating university think tank experts to continuously enhance their own influence and improve the talent evaluation system.With the development of the internet,the academic exchange environment has gradually extended to online and social media platforms,and various types of online research results have gradually emerged.Traditional measurement indicators cannot fully reflect the influence of experts.In order to objectively and effectively evaluate experts,it is necessary to introduce new evaluation indicators.This has theoretical and practical significance for the evaluation of the influence of experts in Chinese university think tanks.In this article,alternative measurement indicators have been introduced.As alternative measurement indicators are emerging evaluation indicators,this article selects evaluation indicators based on foreign platforms in China’s social network media platforms.Based on methods such as literature analysis,website research,and statistical analysis,an impact evaluation system for academic and social influence has been constructed.Then,by obtaining relevant variable indicator data,factor analysis and correlation analysis were used in SPSS 27.0 to extract principal components for empirical research,verifying the scientific nature of the selected indicators and the feasibility of conducting impact evaluations from both academic and social perspectives.This study can further provide suitable indicators for the selection of university think tank experts,continuously optimize the evaluation index system of university think tank experts,and help university think tanks do a good job in talent evaluation and performance evaluation.On the other hand,it can also fully stimulate the enthusiasm of university think tank experts to enhance their own influence,enhance the influence of university think tank experts and university think tanks,and further promote the construction of university think tanks. |
