Research On The Realistic Demands And Paths Of Changsha County Kindergarten Sports Activities From The Perspective Of Physical And Mental Promotion

Children are the future of the motherland and the successor and promoter of the cause of the nation.In 2016,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the outline of "Healthy China 2030",which takes the health of the whole people as a strategic goal at the national level.Children are the initial stage of a person’s growth and development,and physical and mental health education is particularly important during this period.As an important place for children’s sports activities,kindergartens carry out scientific and standardized sports activities is an effective measure to meet children’s physical and mental development,but also an important way to improve the physical quality of our country.Research uses the literature material method,interview method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,the current situation of Changsha area kindergarten sports activities carried out investigation and study,20 randomly selected area kindergarten as the research object,to the park 20 managers,74 physical education teachers and 108 parents as questionnaire survey,In order to understand the situation of Changsha County kindergarten sports equipment,sports teachers,sports activities content and organization,through the sorting of questionnaire data and interview content,combined with the collected relevant information,analysis,Changsha County kindergarten in the development of sports activities there are the following problems:1.The preschool education funds in Changsha County are small,accounting for a small proportion of the total investment in education,and lack of special funds for kindergarten sports,resulting in imperfect allocation of sports resources.2.Some kindergartens lack indoor and outdoor sports venues,and sports equipment and equipment have a single function,which is lack of fun,safety and sports,affecting the quality of kindergarten sports activities.3.Due to the lack of training subjects of preschool physical education and the large mobility of preschool physical education teachers,the establishment of preschool physical education teacher professional team in Changsha County has been frustrated.4.Changsha county kindergartens lack unified standards for the use of sports materials and equipment for children,and lack standardized and scientific guidance in carrying out sports activities,which makes it difficult to guarantee the quality of children’s sports activities and to implement the goal of children’s physical and mental health development.From the perspective of children’s physical and mental development,suggestions are put forward:Gradually increase the proportion of preschool education funds in the entire education funding system,expand the coverage of financial subsidies,and guarantee the construction of sports infrastructure in kindergartens.2.Various ways to increase the area of indoor and outdoor sports activities,check and fill the gaps of all kinds of sports equipment in kindergartens,and enrich their types.3.Government departments encourage colleges and universities to set up preschool physical education major through policies,and give play to the important role of colleges and universities in the cultivation and training of preschool physical education teachers.Multiple channels to provide physical education teachers learning opportunities.The government should urge every place to establish the salary guarantee mechanism of preschool physical education teacher,at the same time,also should establish the salary increase system of preschool physical education teacher,moreover,to give the development plan of preschool physical education teacher feasible promotion path.4.Changsha county can lead the region the department of education in developing children’s sports successful excellent kindergarten and excellent physical education teachers,to form a team of experts,developed with Changsha county kindergarten characteristics apply to Changsha county kindergarten teaching material of sports activities and sports activities with young children is a lack of kindergarten for guidance and support.5.Relevant departments should establish unified standards for the design and use of children’s sports equipment,and kindergartens should make their own sports equipment according to local conditions.
