Analysis On The Influence Of Vocational Education On Agricultural Green Production Efficiency

Agriculture is the foundation of people’s survival,the first priority of all production,and plays an important strategic role in the development of national economy.Since vocational education is also an important part of national education,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "the key to rural revitalization lies in people,and it is necessary to promote all kinds of talents to devote themselves to rural construction",which is the key to realizing the green development of agriculture for vocational education.At the same time,the opinions on accelerating the revitalization of rural talents in 2021 strongly highlighted the need to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and continue to give prominence to the development of rural human capital.In today’s new era of vigorous social and economic development,people not only seek the development of rural economy,but also improve the level of agricultural ecological construction and protection.Under the institutional environment where the state strongly promotes the establishment of socialist ecological civilization,agricultural green production efficiency is a key tool to reflect the level of agricultural green development.By studying the impact of vocational education on agricultural green production efficiency,we can improve farmers’ green production awareness and agricultural resource utilization efficiency,so as to improve agricultural green production efficiency,promote the formulation and implementation of policies related to agricultural green development.This paper takes vocational education as the research object and aims to improve the efficiency of agricultural green production.Further study the impact of vocational training,technical training,employment training and vocational skill appraisal training on agricultural green productivity.Firstly,starting from the correlation theory between vocational education and agricultural green productivity,this paper deeply analyzes the mechanism of the impact of vocational education on agricultural green productivity.Then,the agricultural green productivity is measured by establishing the agricultural green productivity index system and the unexpected output super efficiency SBM model.Thirdly,the Tobit model is used to empirically test the impact of vocational education on agricultural green productivity in 28 provinces and cities in China.Finally,the government provided some policy advice on how to strengthen the training of rural vocational education,which provided the necessary decision support for China’s rural green development.
