According to basic principles of the Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform and Standardization of Pre-school Education,efforts should be made to firmly uphold public welfare inclusiveness,coordinate the public and private operation,increase public financial investment,striving to expand inclusive preschool education resources supply.Immense development of inclusive private kindergartens will be embraced,and teachers are the key factor for their benign development.Job satisfaction of teachers directly affects their work efficiency,work attitude and others,which in turn affects children’s physical and mental development and preschool education quality.This study focused on the status and influencing factors of job satisfaction of teachers in inclusive private kindergarten.The research was conducted mainly based on50 inclusive private kindergartens of five urban areas and rural areas in Fuzhou,Xiamen,Zhangzhou,Longyan,and Nanping,Fujian Province,and 707 teachers were involved in the survey.Methods,including the 1967 Minnesota Work Satisfaction Short Scale(hereinafter referred to as the MSQ scale),the Chinese Big Five Personality Questionnaire Minimalist Questionnaire(CBF-PI-15)and the Kindergarten Organizational Atmosphere Scale were used to inclusive private kindergarten teachers ’job satisfaction degree of status and its influencing factors Data was analyzed using SPSS23.0 and AMOS22.0.This study is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,including how the question was put forward,the research summary,the definition of the core concept,the research significance and the research design.The presentation of the question and the significance of the research demonstrate the relevant background and value of the research.The research review summarizes the relevant literature on job satisfaction and inclusive private kindergartens,and clarifies the starting point of the research.The study design introduced the thought and context of the entire study.The second part is the Chinese version of the MSQ scale.It introduces the reconstruction and translation process of the scale.Through statistics and data compilation,SPSS23.0 and AMOS22.0 software are used to conduct exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis respectively,to demonstrate the MSQ scale.It shows good cross-cultural adaptability and is suitable for inclusive private kindergarten teachers.The third part is the practical application of MSQ scale,using SPSS23.0 software to count the status of job satisfaction of inclusive private kindergarten teachers,and analysis of variance between job satisfaction and demographic factors,and the corresponding interpretation and interpretation of the data results.Instructions.The fourth part is the hierarchical linear regression analysis of inclusive private kindergarten teachers’ job satisfaction,big five personality and kindergarten organizational atmosphere,and the corresponding interpretation and explanation of the data processing results.The fifth part is discussion and analysis.The survey shows that the overall,external and internal satisfaction of inclusive private kindergarten teachers are at a high level.The influencing factors are mainly discussed in three aspects: demographic factors,teachers’ personality traits and kindergarten organizational atmosphere.Among the demographic factors,age,school age,childcare,marriage,job nature,and urban and rural influences are significant.Teacher ’ s own personality traits and neuroticism have a significant negative predictive effect on the job satisfaction of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.Responsibility,pleasantness and openness have a significant positive predictive effect on the job satisfaction of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.In the organizational atmosphere of kindergarten,the empowerment atmosphere,research atmosphere,and support atmosphere will affect the job satisfaction of inclusive private kindergarten teachers,and it proves that they have significant positive predictive effect.The sixth part is suggestions and measures.It mainly proposes measures to improve the job satisfaction of inclusive private kindergarten teachers from three aspects:government departments,inclusive private kindergartens,and teachers themselves.Specific strategies include improving social macro-ecological quality and enhancing teachers ’sense of professional value;optimizing kindergarten ecological quality and enhancing teachers’ professional pride;strengthening teachers ’self-ecological quality and enhancing teachers’ professional sense of professionalism.
