Research On The Interindustry Employment Transfer And Changing Trend In China

Against the background of the development of the fourth scientific and technological revolution,employment is still a hot issue concerning people's livelihood.The development of scientific and technological revolution will promote the adjustment of economic structure,cause the change of industrial structure and inter-industry employment,and thus produce the transfer of inter-industry employment,thus having a profound and significant impact on our industrial structure and employment structure.Under the background of this big era,coupled with the constant changes of social structure,the key period of accelerating the transformation of economic system,the research on the decline and rise of specific industries,the increase and decrease of employment volume in specific industries and how to transfer employment among these industries have become a new problem in the new era.Therefore,the empirical analysis of inter-industry employment transfer will provide some reference for the formulation of national macro policies,so as to reduce the pain and obstacles of labor transfer and enable China to achieve a fuller and better employment at an early date.Based on employment between industry in our country,this paper respectively studied the primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry in China between changes in the total employment,employment in the industry distribution and the law,and combining with our country industrial structure deviation,comparative labor productivity and employment elastic coefficient of the three indexes between industry analysis,the transfer of employment trends,it is concluded that the development of the first industry in our country the shrinking trend,the development of the second industry showed a trend of fluctuations in the rise of stability and the development trend of the third industry the strongest.Then,the employment changes of the corresponding industries of the three industries are studied,and the employment change rules based on the industries are obtained,and the employment change trend among industries is consistent with the employment change trend among industries.With input-output accounting method as the basic method,finally constructs the direct employment coefficient and comprehensive coefficient of employment,increased to related indexes before and after the correlation index,coefficient of variation index to empirical analysis the employment transfer of industries in our country,in 2012 and 2007,compares the employmentabsorption capacity of various industries in our country,it is concluded that the industry transfer of employment law and change trend in our country,namely the vast majority of the industry of our country employment absorbing more for modern industry in the tertiary industry.Based on the empirical analysis and comparison of the above dimensions,in order to better achieve the goal of higher quality and more full employment in China,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:First,we will formulate policies and measures to ensure employment and ease the obstacles to the transfer of labor.Second,in line with the development trend of scientific and technological revolution,more new industries will be created.The third is to increase investment in education,in line with the trend of employment transfer.Four is to promote the third industry to speed up the development,to encourage the development of key industries,especially in real estate,transportation,warehousing and postal service,public management,social security and social organizations,scientific research and technical services,communications equipment,computers and other electronic equipment and other industries,make up for the innovation of science and technology,and other important services.
