Study On The Present Situation And Training Methods Of The College Students' Occupational Adaptability

From the visual angle of public human resource management, this text combines human resource management, management psychology and educational theory to research the current situations of University Students'occupational adaptability. Use such methods as the analysis of documents, structured specific interview, open questionnaire investigation, closed questionnaire investigation etc, based on positive research to develop the scale of students'occupational adaptability, get to know the students'familiars degree for occupational adaptability and the training situation about it. We also can obtain the data about the situation of student's occupational adaptability. The possible difficulties of occupational adaptation in student's further life on management by participation and appraisal to corresponding measures etc put forward the corresponding countermeasures on management to improve the occupational apt ability.The results of positive research show:①The students are not familiar with the idea of occupational adaptability, they received limited information and education about this item. Their satisfaction for the education of occupational adaptability is very low.②The students'overall degree of occupational adaptability is not very high, it reaches a ordinary level. It shows from the five dimensionalities that the level of adaptability of each item is balanced.③The occupational adaptability can be divided into five dimensionalities, named study and skilled adaptability, intercommunicate adaptability, occupational consciousness adaptability and career choose adaptability, environment adaptability.④We set the students into different types according to their independent variable. The research result tells us there are differences in occupational adaptability for different types of students. Partially, the difference is remarkable on some factors.⑤The possible difficulties in further career is from four factors. Named as maladjustment on enterprise, maladjustment on work, maladjustment on psychology and maladjustment on conditions.⑥According to the measurements that bring forward by the under proof, combined with the analysis of occupational adapt difficulties, we give out some countermeasures to improve the students'occupational adaptability from three ways: Student itself, university and society.
