| The "double reduction" policy states that it is necessary to "improve the level of after-school services in schools and meet the diverse needs of students".This puts forward new requirements for after-school services in primary schools.In this context,schools should not only solve the problem of "where students go after school",but also answer the question of "what kind of after-school services are provided".The implementation of after-school services in primary schools has therefore become a hot issue in both theoretical research and practical fields.Although after-school service is called "service",its essence is still education,and the value of "educating people" is very prominent.Therefore,after-school service in primary schools belongs to the field of school curriculum,and should provide professional curriculum services.The curricular implementation of after-school services in primary schools is to implement after-school services in accordance with the "curriculum form" starting from the four elements of the curriculum,specifically focusing on students’ needs,integrating school resources based on after-school service goals,and forming a purposeful,organized,and interconnected implementation system.This is not only conducive to providing rich and colorful service content on demand,but also conducive to standardizing the implementation procedures of after-school services and improving the quality of after-school services in primary schools.This research focuses on the implementation of the curriculum of after-school services in primary schools.At the theoretical level,through literature research,combing the literature,reading books,first clarifying domestic policy requirements,foreign experience and theoretical basis of the implementation of the curriculum of after-school services in primary schools,and then constructing the connotation,objectives,and requirements of the implementation of the curriculum of after-school services in primary schools,to enrich the theoretical research of the implementation of the curriculum of after-school services in primary schools.At the practical level,through questionnaires and interviews,this research takes N Primary School in Hohhot City as an example to study its after-school service work.Investigate and study the achievements and problems in the implementation of after-school services in N Primary School,and consider the main issues exposed during the implementation process in combination with the theory of curriculum implementation.Finally,based on the comparison between theory and practice,the research proposes the implementation path of curriculum: strengthening goal construction is the starting point for the implementation of primary school after-school service curriculum,constructing curriculum system is the main line for the implementation of primary school after-school service curriculum,enriching content organization is the hub for the implementation of primary school after-school service curriculum,implementing evaluation mechanism is the destination for the implementation of primary school after-school service curriculum,developing teacher construction is the guarantee for the implementation of curriculum based after-school services in primary schools. |
