The Investigation And Analysis Of Bodybuilding Courses In Social Sports Guidance And Management Major In Changsha Colleges

With the rapid development of fitness and bodybuilding in our country,the society has an increasing demand for the professionals.The establishment of bodybuilding courses in colleges is an important measure to meet the needs of social development.This paper uses a variety of research methods to investigate and analyze the curriculum and courses’ situations,teachers’ situations,students’ developments,gyms and equipment of social sports guidance and management majors in Changsha colleges.Finally,it aims to discover the problems existing in the establishment of bodybuilding courses,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Some important conclusions:First,fewer types of courses,and colleges do not have bodybuilding online courses;Second,colleges do not have their own teaching materials,bodybuilding courses have less teaching hours and more content.Third,colleges are not good at managing gyms,the gyms conditions are difficult to meet student needs.Fourth,most teachers of the bodybuilding courses are not graduates of this major,the number of teachers is seriously insufficient,and their scientific research abilities are not good.Fifth,there are few campus cultural activities for students,the colleges do not have enough support for student associations,and colleges bodybuilding management competition system are not perfect.The suggestions:First,colleges should offer a wide variety of bodybuilding courses,and build an online course system,solve teaching problems due to time and space constraints,and realize the sharing of colleges teaching resources.Second,colleges should organize teachers to write teaching materials,and colleges should reasonably match the teaching time and contents,students should master theoretical knowledge.Third,colleges should build some new gyms and buy some new equipment,and make good use of old gyms,and improve the gyms management capabilities.Fourth,colleges should strengthen the teaching teams,recruit young and outstanding teachers,strengthen the teachers’ ability about using modern teaching equipment and scientific research.Fifth,colleges should pay attention to students’ internships and employment issues,it is a good choice to cooperate with some business clubs,to work with sports brands as athletes and models,as well as to cooperate with the government to cultivate talents of sports management and service type.Doing so will increase the scope of employment.
