Research On Courses Settings For The Elderly Of Social Sports Guidance And Management Major

The aging process of China's population is accelerating,and the needs for health care,sports and other demands among the elderly people are soaring.With the deepening of professional education reform,the major of social sports guidance and management should attach great importance to the huge sports market among the elderly,seize the opportunity to find the right professional orientation,widen the direction of talent training,and cultivate senior social sports guidance talents needed by the elderly and other relevant groups.Based on this,this paper takes the course settings for the elderly people of social sports guidance and management as the research object,using literature review,field investigation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics methods,to analyse the sports demand of elderly people,the present situation of social sports professional guidance and management for elderly,the elderly sports curriculum system construction and so on.The results are as follows:The elderly in China have a great need for theoretical knowledge of sports,sports facilities and sports activities.However,the curriculum setting of physical education for the aged people in colleges and universities is not perfect.Except some schools have special directions for physical education for the aged,there are basically no special physical education courses for the aged,and no special physical education textbooks for them;There is a shortage of teachers to teach physical education for the elderly.Based on the above situation,this study deemed that building elderly sports course system of social sports guidance and management is necessary in accordance with the belief "healthy China" under the background of old people's physical and mental health and physical activity demand as the basis,in order to foster wide knowledge,high capability and quality of curriculum system construction goal,following the principle of science and innovation.The course setting should include four kind of specialized cours: basic theory,professional and technical,sports organizations and sports competitions.
