A Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Primary School Students’ Education And Punishment

Educational discipline is the basic method of managing students and is one of the important means to improve the effectiveness of student education management.With the development of society and the progress of people’s thinking,the rights and interests of students have been paid more and more attention by people,but the value and significance of educational punishment have gradually weakened.Many teachers have fallen into a situation where they dare not use educational punishment,while some old teachers still adhere to "stick education".How to achieve efficient education and management of students is a new issue facing frontline teachers.In this study,the S Primary School in Yuhua District,Changsha City was selected as the research object,and through literature research and questionnaire,the present situation of primary school students’ education and punishment was studied on a case-by-case basis.The investigation and research found that the implementation of educational discipline in S Primary School was recognized and supported by school teachers,parents and students,and achieved the expected results.However,there are still problems such as the concept of school education management to be strengthened,the methods and methods of education and punishment are not reasonable,parents do not understand education and punishment enough,and public opinion is misleading.In view of these problems,combined with the actual situation of their own work,in order to further enhance the effectiveness of education and punishment,five coping strategies are proposed:First,correctly grasp the principle of education and punishment;The second is to strictly implement the requirements of the "Disciplinary Rules";The third is to innovate the method of implementing education and punishment;The fourth is to effectively enhance the synergy of home-school linkage;Fifth,closely supervise the orientation of public opinion.
