| Teaching materials are an important vehicle for secondary schools to organize teaching activities and implement talent training.The loose-leaf textbook is a form of vocational education textbook advocated by the state at present,which has the characteristics of being freely combinable,dovetailing with job requirements and presenting new forms.As a core course for cultivating the vocational ability of tour guides in secondary tourism majors,"Tour Guide Business" is widely offered in tourism majors in various schools.The textbook is written according to the inbound tourism reception business at the beginning of the reform,and the whole work is process-oriented,while each unit is an independent work task that does not affect each other,which coincides with the characteristics of loose-leaf textbooks that can realize free combination of textbook contents and dovetail with job requirements.The thesis therefore focuses on the design of a loose-leaf textbook for the Business of Tour Guiding,with a view to improving teachers’ teaching ability and students’ interest in learning and employability through the use of this textbook.By comparing the loose-leaf textbook with the traditional textbook in terms of the concept,content and functions of the textbook,the thesis analyses the advantages of the loose-leaf textbook in terms of its flexibility,practicability and applicability,and analyses the course "Tour Guide Business" to understand the suitability of the course objectives and characteristics to the loose-leaf textbook.The current situation of the teaching and teaching materials,and the problems of the current teaching and teaching materials.In order to solve the current problems,according to the principles of textbook design,the textbook of "Tour Guide Business" is developed and the design of the textbook is determined,and the design of the loose-leaf textbook of "Reception Service" in the service of ground escort guides is demonstrated,in order to provide reference and reference for the design and development of the loose-leaf textbook of tour guide business in secondary school.The thesis is divided into six parts,Part III analyses the feasibility of the design of the flipchart for the intermediate level "Tour Guide Business" in terms of the advantages of the flipchart,the objectives and characteristics of the course,the current teaching situation and problems;Part IV develops the textbook according to the principles of the design of the flipchart and determines the design of the textbook;Part V selects Task 2 "Reception Service" in Learning Context 5 "Tour Guide Service with Local Escort " In the fifth part,the introduction and the text are presented,and in the sixth part,the results and shortcomings of the thesis are summarised. |
