The work-process-oriented curriculum design emphasizes the induction of the action field by the task,and then the corresponding learning field by the action field,and finally the realization of the transformation from the learning field to the learning situation.The course design with the work process as the orientation is helpful to make the students learn and master the work process knowledge better and cultivate the students’ professional quality.The course of tour guide business is the core course of tourism management major in secondary vocational schools.The traditional course mode of subject center is no longer suitable for the development of current vocational education.Therefore,it is very necessary to design the course of tour guide business based on work process.Firstly,this study reviews the current research status of work-process-oriented by domestic and foreign scholars,defines the related concepts involved in the research,and elaborates the theoretical basis of work-process-oriented courses as well as the characteristics and principles of course development.In addition,by means of empirical research,this paper conducted a field survey on the students majoring in tourism management in grade 2 and 3 of three vocational schools in N city,and found the problems existing in the course of tour guide business in the current secondary vocational schools.The course design of the course of "local tour guide pick-up service" in "Tour Guide Business" was carried out in a process-oriented way.In the actual teaching process,two classes of the third grade of tourism major in a three-year technical secondary school were selected to carry out a comparative experimental study.The results show that the course development of tour guide business oriented by work process has a certain positive influence on students’ academic performance,learning attitude and tour guide quality.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures about the course development mode based on the working process.This research is divided into five parts: The first part is the research background and significance,research content,research ideas and methods;The second part is the definition of relevant concepts and work process guidance,the relevant theoretical basis of the course;The third part is the survey of the current situation of the course of "tour guide business" in secondary vocational schools.The fourth part is the course design and implementation analysis of guide business oriented by working process.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the course design and implementation of "tour guide business".
