| The textbook reform of vocational education is one of the main components of "Three Education".The development and progress of vocational education are closely related to the textbook reform.Loose-leaf teaching materials are one of the representatives of the new form of teaching materials.The development of loose-leaf teaching materials responds to the call of national vocational education policy,responds to the growth needs of skilled talents in vocational education and social development needs,further promotes the reform and development of vocational education,and reflects the type characteristics of vocational education.Although the current vocational education colleges have been working hard to carry out the construction of vocational education textbooks and obtained some achievements,there are some problems that need to be further studied and solved.By designing questionnaire and interview outline,the researcher carried out A survey on secondary vocational schools in A city in combination with field visits.Through the investigation,it was found that the teaching materials used by the course of Office Automation for secretarial major in secondary vocational schools were backward in content,unclear in task orientation,and failed to incorporate the new technology,new requirements and new norms of the industry into the teaching materials.The digital application resources are few,the effect of ideological and political education is insufficient,and the design of theoretical knowledge proportion structure and style structure of textbooks is not scientific,which deviates from the law of the growth of vocational education talents.These problems restrict the development of curriculum reform of vocational education to some extent,restrict the development of teachers’ teaching and the growth of technical and skilled talents,and affect the pace of building a high-quality modern system of vocational education.To this end,this study takes the development of the textbook "Office Automation" for secretarial major in secondary vocational schools as the research object,takes teachers,students in secondary vocational schools,and some enterprises as the investigation object,and focuses on the teaching needs of teachers,learning needs of students,secretarial employment needs and work tasks.The design and development of loose-leaf teaching materials are studied by means of literature analysis,investigation and action research.Based on the research and analysis results,the loose-leaf teaching material of Office Automation effectively combines the target orientation of secondary vocational education,the vocational standard requirements of computer operator(Level 5),and the curriculum standard of Office Automation,and follows the principle of capability-based,subjective,scientific and practical integration.And the analysis of secretarial job,typical work tasks and vocational ability,the determination of textbook objectives and textbook content,the design of textbook framework and textbook development process in the form of leaflet,guided by pragmatism,humanism,constructivism and the three-dimensional theory of textbook design for vocational education,based on the typical work tasks of enterprises and the requirements of secretarial job vocational ability,Therefore,the work task carrier of textbook content is established,and the bridge of vocational education talents growth is grafted with the work process as the orientation.Finally,the sample chapter "Making Sales performance Chart" of the loose-leaf textbook of Office Automation was developed. |
