Social status promotion through education inspires countless rural students to change their and their families’ fate through reading.In the absence of rural educational resources and unbalanced and inadequate development,rural students face more negative factors that are unfavorable to their studies when rural families are inferior to middle-class families in terms of education level,economic level and social status.However,some rural students can still break through social barriers to achieve high academic achievement,successfully realize the "academic reverse",explore the family education factors and wisdom behind their academic success,break away from the "stigmatization" bias of lower-class family education,inherit the good family traditions in the new era,and promote excellent family education thoughts.Through in-depth interview and family tree analysis,this paper probes into the stress resistance structure of 8 rural college students with high academic achievement and their families.The topic classification and coding of the interview data are carried out,and the analysis structure is concluded with the help of Walsh’s family stress theory,Family education that helps rural college students realize "academic counterattack" has "resistance" which is embodied in ideal and faith education under the family belief system,education community in the family organization mode and conversational education reflected in the family communication process.The three are closely related and influence each other and become the main content of family anti-stress education.Family belief system is the core of family stress education,which is embodied in the education of ideal belief.Parents’ "moderate" educational expectations,the concept of education first and the emphasis on family moral education all encourage rural students to view adversity correctly and become self-reliant.Reading,receiving education and living a better life have become the common goals and beliefs of family members.Rural college students influenced by their families have their own interpretations of adversity.Their inherited optimism and self-cognitive structure make them regard reading and learning as their own choices and are willing to fight for them.The way of family organization is the buffer of family anti-stress education,which is manifested in the education community in the growth process of rural students,which provides external resource support for families in coping with the crisis.Families cooperate and support each other with other education communities,which provides important support for family anti-stress education.Clear division of labor within the family,the formation of cooperative partnership between family members,the family in the face of adversity solidarity and cooperation.In response to the challenges,families also actively mobilize external social resources to make up for the lack of family education resources.Resources of relatives and friends,key schools in the social education community,important people and book resources play a significant role in realizing academic resistance of rural college students,coping with the education crisis,and maintaining family flexibility and a sense of connection.The process of family communication promotes the good solution of family conflicts and problems,which is the result of conversational education.Rural college students who have achieved high academic achievement in the form of family communication show active communication,honest two-way emotional sharing and cooperative problem solving.Family communication will facilitate all functions of the family,with family members expressing and responding to each other’s needs and concerns,and meeting new family needs by negotiating changes in the system.Rural college students get high academic achievement behind the family education has its "resistance",so in the family education,we should first emphasize the ideal and faith education for children,aspire first,personality-based,pay attention to the firm learning objectives and the correct learning attitude;Secondly,family members should form a cooperative family education community with harmonious relations and consistent goals,and actively interact with the family education community outside the home to support and complement each other.Finally,we should have equal dialogue with children in family communication,and explore appropriate education methods and standards for children’s growth in the dialogue,so as to fully develop children’s autonomy and self-confidence in a democratic family atmosphere.
