| Geography has a strong practicality.The geography curriculum standard of senior high school(2017 Edition)puts forward the requirements of cultivating the geography practice ability of senior high school students.As an effective way to cultivate senior high school students’ geographical practice ability,geography experiment has been paid more and more attention by geography teachers.However,due to the limitations of objective conditions such as classroom teaching time and space,there are many obstacles in applying geography experiment to practical teaching.Based on the development of information technology,blending learning has become a novel teaching method,which is welcomed by many teachers and students for its practicability and interest.This study uses online geography experiment video to assist offline classroom teaching,and puts forward strategies for the cultivation of geography practice ability of senior high school students.Through the research on the blending learning mode,enrich the geographical experiment and the theoretical research on cultivating students’ geographical practical ability,which will help to enrich the subject teaching methods,improve students’ geographical practical ability and expand teachers’ teaching ability.Based on the learning theories of humanism,constructivism and geography teaching,through the method of literature research,it is found that foreign developed countries pay more attention to the development of geography education and pay attention to cultivating students’ geographical practice.Blending learning has been gradually popularized in education and teaching in developed countries,and began to form a relatively complete theoretical and practical system.At the same time,the research on Geography Experimental Teaching in China is developing continuously,and the research content is also extensive.China pays attention to the way of cultivating students’ geographical practice ability and the development status of students’ geographical practice ability.With the increasing emphasis on the research of Geographical Practice in China,the research dimensions are also gradually diversified.The research on Blending learning in China is mostly concentrated in the field of colleges and vocational education,and the field of Geography in senior high school is still relatively lacking.Through the analysis of relevant literature,it is found that the main research way for the cultivation of geography practical ability of senior high school students is to use geography experiment.However,due to the limitation of time and space,the implementation of geography experiment has great uncertainty and development limitations.This study defines blending learning as that teachers shoot and edit teaching experiment videos before class,and assist offline high school classroom teaching in the form of online geography experiment videos to help students understand the teaching content at multiple levels.The application of blending learning is conducive to break through many limitations of time and space,create teaching modes other than books,and promote the development of geography practice of senior high school students.Through the method of questionnaire,this paper analyzes the current level of geography practice of senior high school students,the acceptance of blending learning mode and the current situation of teachers’ carrying out blending learning mode.It is proposed that geography teachers should use the blending learning mode to enrich their classroom teaching,enhance the interaction between students and teachers,in class and after class,in school and out of school,improve students’ classroom participation,drive the implementation of students’ geographical practice activities,and improve students’ ability to actively think,explore and solve problems.By analyzing the questionnaire data,it is found that high school students generally believe that geography experiment can promote geography learning,and are very interested in the mixed teaching model.Most teachers pay attention to the cultivation of geography practice ability of high school students.However,due to the limitations of classroom time and space,the lack of teaching experience of young teachers and the lack of Internet application skills of old teachers,the number of geography experiment activities in senior high school geography classroom is not much,and the number of geography experiments carried out by senior high school students after class is also less.This study puts forward the training principles and training strategies.Blending learning should adhere to the principles of humanism,operable and scientific.Through the analysis of the problems reflected by the data and combined with the teaching experience,this paper puts forward the training strategies from the two levels of teachers and students.For the training of teachers,some strategies are put forward,such as carrying out geography experiment teaching and network application skill training,creating experiment video sharing channels,and paying attention to the problems of students’ experiment development.For cultivating students,this paper puts forward strategies from three aspects: before class,in class and after class: when preparing lessons before class,teachers should pay attention to cultivating students’ ability to find problems,transfer knowledge,practice and perseverance.In the classroom,the selection of teaching content should be based on the requirements of the new curriculum standard,closely follow the content of teaching materials,meet the teaching progress,and deeply consider the situation of students.After class,teachers can evaluate the teaching effect through homework recycling,teacher mutual evaluation and self reflection.According to the proposed blending learning strategy,taking "the main forming factors of soil" as an example,the blending learning is designed and implemented,and the effectiveness of the blending learning strategy is verified through the evaluation of teaching effect.According to the analysis of the experimental observation record provided by students,this teaching mode can effectively cultivate the innovative thinking and problem-solving ability of senior high school students,promote the understanding,consolidation and mastery of knowledge,cultivate the initiative and curiosity of senior high school students to discover "geographical knowledge in life",constantly absorb the knowledge useful for life and lifelong development,and improve the comprehensive quality of senior high school students.This study shows that blending learning can highly stimulate the learning enthusiasm of senior high school students,promote the development of senior high school students’ geographical practice,and open up the dual channels of theoretical learning and applied learning. |
